What really stands out is the staff and the other members. Everyone is chill and genuinely helpful. No one feels judgy, and asking for a spot doesn't feel weird. If you have a question, people are cool about it. That kind of atmosphere makes it easy to keep showing up. The Skelcore machines are some of the most ergonomic equipment I've ever used. Everything feels smooth, controlled, and dialed in. If something breaks, it's fixed promptly. There's also equipment there I've never seen before until now that really comes in clutch when you want to train a movement a certain way. The gym stays clean, people rerack their weights, and the culture reflects that. Big shoutout to Jeremy for building and running a solid place. You can tell there's serious intention behind it.

It's a nice facility if you don't want to utilize the almost non existent free weight area. There were 2 flat benches, 3 inclines (one of which could not be adjusted due to missing knob) and one seated bench which was missing the seat. I waited 25 minutes for a bench and never did get one. There was almost 2 rows of missing weights 20-35 lbs I believe and as there were only 4 people using the weights, not sure what to think. For $40 (my fully equipped club charges $25 day pass as does the fully equipped 24 hr fitness nearby I expected a more fully equipped gym. There were a lot of cardio and fitness machines if that's what you are looking for but if you are looking for a free weight fitness program, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I mentioned the broken benches and missing weights to the front desk and he is "going to let the fitness director know" - shouldn't they already know? Anyway spent too much money and didn't really get a decent workout. Just spoke with club ambassador Rocco - he reached out regarding my experience. He explained that I was there during their busy time and they are repairing the benches and will be expanding their free weights areas in the near future. Felt better that I was heard and the club was already working on a solution.

There were a few folks there in the morning. Someone was also cleaning the gym too. She was really doing a great job cleaning EVERYTHING. Kudos to her. First off, vibes are immaculate. Purple is one of my favorite colors, so when the lights turn on, it is an awesome setting to be in. High ceilings and a wide array of equipment. Treadmills, assault bikes, box jumps, free weights, barbells, mats, and more. The punchbag set up seem super interesting to me, so definitely interested in seeing them used in action. Classes are available too. I hope timing works out that next time I'm in the area, I can try a class out! A quick glance on their website, looks like they have a free "60-min Body Transformation Game Plan Session" (50 available) as of Mar'23. Definitely a great way to get your foot in the door to see if this spot is for you. Two bathrooms and water fountain available on site. Easy parking in the plaza, which is also a plus. I thought I had done Zumba before- but never anything like this! Tavio made it a whole show and experience.... from featuring guests on stage to dance next to him and help lead - to getting us to bring out our confidence and add our own style and sexiness, to creating a whole dance battle... it was such an epic experience! The Group X room is the biggest I have seen too and it's nice there is a stage so you can get a good view from anywhere in the room. It's a bit of a drive - but we had so much fun we definitely wanna make it at least once a month. I also appreciated that when I reserved my spot and called to add my buddy pass- the worker (I can't remember her name) was very accommodating and helpful. I explained that we were coming from a long way and I just wanted ensure there would be space for us...so she made it happen! Thank you so much! But as it stands the place is really awesome. The only gym in roseville / rocklin that is better (equipment and price) is probably golds off auburn Blvd.
