My calls are currently being ignored, which has been very frustrating. Overall, VFR is an average property management company. As the owner, that pretty much means things are running somoothly without much fuss. That's #1 for me. I have had move outs and things breaking in the house. But, that's pretty common to have things break occasionally. I have had great service, feedback, and responsiveness from them. When my last tenant moved out, I was told I was charging too much below market, and could get substantially more. I did raise the rent, but not as much as they suggested. I like to have tenants know they're getting a good deal - tends to keep them in longer and they take care of the place better. But, anyway, even with the higher rent, I got something like 60 applications within 3 days !!! They are OK with me.
