This was my first time renting out a place where it was handled by a property management. Usually, my lease/rental agreements experience are direct one on one with the owner. I know there are many horror stories when rental homes are handled by a property management, but that was not the case for me here.

Not once did they contact my husband about this. We contacted the military spouse who cleaned the house and not once did they email or call her. This company only wants to keep your security deposit. We have never had issues with renting before. Thank god he has pictures from when he first moved in and when the house cleaner was done cleaning. A law suit is in the works. This company fails to communicate and they never gave him advance notice of any deductions as California state law says landlords have to provide.

We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. We had just signed the lease in under 30 days, property owner requested for us to call and have the lease amended. They said it was the new rate and everyone's rent would be going up. Two tenants moved in after my mom did and their rent was the same as the other tenants. Instead of explaining anything, they pretty much just said "that's just what it is." Thought the bad reviews were an exaggeration, I guess not. If renting, please screenshot postings to capture pricing and document, cause they will not be correcting an error or providing an explanation on why they can't fix it. You will be SOL. They don't care.
