Is Arden Fair my favorite mall? No, but it is close to where I live and always gets the job done!…read more Arden Fair is a big sized mall with plenty of parking - it obviously gets pretty busy on the weekends and especially around the holidays! When I visit, I usually stop into stores like Claire's, Foot Locker, Hot Topic, Lush, Macy's and Sephora. They also have a Miniso, Pandora, Spencer's, Coach and a brand new Pop Mart - just to name a few! Their food court is pretty decent offering Charley's Phillysteaks, Taco Bell, Panda Express and even Sbarro. They also offer different places to eat and grab drinks around the mall such as Cinnabon (my family's personal favorite), Jamba Juice, Wetzel's Pretzels and Hot Dog on a Stick. Santa and the Easter Bunny even visit for photos during their respected holidays! Overall, I'm not really sure what to say about the value, each business is differently priced obviously depending on where you go and the service is the same. I tend to only come to Arden Fair Mall when I need something specific and try my best to get in and out!

Was never really all that great unless you were a nearby teenager who thought it was sooooooooo cool to cruise the mall back in the day. Well it's no longer back in the day so I cruised the mall at lunchtime on a weekday! (wut up *gang sign*) At present, being lunchtime on a weekday, the parking lot is less than 20% full so park like a dork and take up three spaces with your nifty Honda if you want. Short walk to the front doors and there's an automatic slide door on the right as you enter the main set of doors. Service was fine. There's an Apple store for the fruity folks and trust me when I say go on a weekday at lunch time for no wait. It's true. Selection is getting thinner and thinner. Amazon is winning the war and it shows. Value...was there ever really a value coming to the mall? Delinquent youths aside, the value was partially social when this existed as an actual destination. And trust me, you can find it cheaper on Amazon...delivered to your door.

Adj: Comprehensive and Convenient…read more Ahh, Delta Shores, Delta Shores, how you've grown. As long time Sacramentans, we keep up w/development news and I recall when my hubby first told me about this huge shopping complex coming up between Elk Grove and Land Park off I-5. It was just empty land for so long, but suddenly, there were going to be lots of homes getting built here and traffic might get real heavy, but first infrastructure has to come up first and a shopping complex, the biggest anchor of which was going to be a Walmart and also RC Willey, the furniture home store. This was back in 2018 and now, just w/a blink of an eye, it's been here over 7 years! We come here quite a lot as it's conveniently located for us and there's a lot of a little bit of everything here. From coffee and some sweet treats at Panera or Starbucks, to getting a haircut at Great Clips, to getting groceries and essentials at the Super Walmart, to arts and crafts supplies at Hobby Lobby, we really could and sometimes do spend several hours here. Then there's the many clothing stores from Ross to Old Navy to the boutique stores, everyone's style can be found at Delta Shores. I personally enjoy browsing Daiso b/c there's so many cute things here and the knick knack patty whacks here are often really useful by design in Japan even if they're made in China quality, but great value and affordable prices, lol... We enjoy coming to the theatre here too, to catch a (usually kids) movie, but occasionally a date night movie too. The dining choices here are endless from fast food In-N-Out, Habit Burgers, or Sonic for burgers, or Chipotle for a quick but "fancier" burrito or Panda Express for Chinese food, to more sit-down places like Koshi Ramen and Firehouse Crawfish, we've always found something we like so that we're not having the same cuisine over and over. We like the sweet treat places here too for a healthier drink at Jamba Juice or a mochi donut at Happy Mochi or a boba drink at Tastea. After that you can walk off your meal or dessert at RC Willey or Floor & Decor In short, Delta Shores has so much to offer b/c of how it's just massive and it houses so many different kinds of shopping, dining, desserts, coffee shops, and even practical services like a dentist office with multiple specialties and also other services like internet and mobile w/the Xfinity store or T-mobile and you can even mail your packages at a UPS store. They even hold festivals every semi-annually or so for the community to draw more shoppers and allow their stores to display their goods and services. Overall, this is a comprehensive shopping plaza and it provides lots of products and providers in one convenient location.

I remember when Delta Shores Shopping Center was still being built. I'd see it come up slowly (and…read morethen quickly) as I drove from Elk Grove to work. It's been quite a few years and it's now an established shopping hub in the greater Sac area, but especially for those who live along the I-5 corridor between Elk Grove/Stockton and downtown Sac. We come here quite often since it's got a little bit of everything we need. From the Walmart Superstore where we can really find most things we need for our household, to various eateries, to an occasional movie a theatre, to treats at candy (See's), cookies (Crumbl) and ice cream (Cold Stone's) shops, etc., we really can spend a whole day here. Our family likes to come for their seasonal fairs. They're fun for my kids and there's a lot going on w/booths to play games and samples to try, and vendors give out coupons so we can try out new stores that just opened up. The Delta Shore staff really put on pretty good events w/these fairs to drum up business for their tenants and the vendors who do come out and set up booths are friendly and hardworking b/c it's a long day for them. 1-star off b/c the parking can get busy/hard to find a spot in certain popular areas and some people drive aggressively and pedestrians really have to watch to not get run over, cars too, no one wants fender benders. Patience, people, patience. During covid, there was a rash of car break-in's too, but I think they've improved their security now, so I've not heard or seen more incidents. All in all, we're glad this is a conveniently located larger shopping plaza where we can get a lot of grown up business taken care of (auto at Walmart, internet stuff at Xfinity, etc.), but still have some nice meals and a treat once in awhile w/o breaking the bank or widening the waistline.

There's Kohl's, Dress Barn, UPS Store, Tilly's, Home Goods, rePlanet Recycling, Cost Plus World Market, Starbucks, Golden One Bank, Mattress Store, nail shop, Pho, Sushi, cookie shop, and so on!! Plenty of parking unless it's during peak times. There's a mailer that goes out to the neighborhood that updates us on the activities. They keep this center very clean. I always see someone pushing a large trash bin and sweeping. ( Shame on those folks who throw their trash out!! ). It's nice to have a thriving neighborhood shopping center. Did I mention Home Goods? Too many stores to list! It's not always the case that you find a mall this size with such a varied offering, and there's more than I listed above. Parking is plentiful and this place is well kept considering the amount of traffic that comes through here. I fully expect this place to continue to thrive after, or if, the new Costco is built just across the street. I highly recommend this shopping center! Support Elk Grove businesses!

There are also a number of excellent restaurants within also! Some of my favorite places are: Williams & Sonoma, Talbots Petites, Soma, Pavilions Shoes & Gifts, Cafe Bernardo, Piatti Ristorante & Bar, & Wildwood Kitchen & Bar. I love the upper class feel to this shopping center. It's such a nice change from the usual chain store malls. Lots of original stores, shops and places to eat. Calm, casual shopping is more my thing and this is the place to get away from the crowds of pushy people with uncontrollable children and teenagers. While you won't find discount department stores here, they make up for it with specialty merchandise that you may not find anywhere else. The shops are neat and clean, with pleasant atmospheres. Employees are friendly, polite and acknowledging when we enter the door. While I have to admit that as I grow older and on a fixed income, shopping in general is losing it's luster, this place lights a romantic spark as to what classy shopping is all about!
