I was two hours away from any town that could provide service to me. Thankfully I have roadside assistance but they had a very difficult time finding someone to go that far out to help me. The first 4 companies that "accepted" the call later stood me up. I sat on the side of the highway for almost 10 hours when the very kind gentleman from Shad's came to my rescue. He arrived at 11:15pm and work diligently to remove the spare on had on the back of the RV. I had sat for so long with the generator running I had nearly run out of gas. This man was concerned enough he was worried I would break down again and said I could follow him an extra hour out of his way to be sure I found gas. He looked at the lugs again to be sure I was safe to continue my travels another 2 1/2 hours to destination. I can't say thank you enough!!! Eric was dispatched to my campground and changed it out. I had three tires changed out because they only had three instead of four left. During my conversation with Eric, he educated me on the cause of my blowout which was the longer valve stems i purchased before my trip from LA to Sturgis. Eric also educated me on various issues that will cause wear and tear on RVs. RVs are a different animal and the utmost care must be maintained to make your rig tires last. Eric has a great deal of experience and product knowledge. He is a valuable asset to your company and in my opinion, he should be promoted since he has your best business interest. Kudos to Eric!

We stopped in here to get a trailer tire replaced. After they replaced the tire on our spare rim,…read morethey went out to put it back on the trailer. But me being me, I'd given them the beat-up spare to replace, because I was going to swap it out with a tire that had a slow leak. The young man looked at my slow-leaking tire, turned to me and said "It's probably the valve stem. Those high-pressure valve stems suck. Pull it around back and I'll see what I can do." We pulled it around back, and a couple of squirts with soapy water confirmed it was the valve stem that was the problem. It took all of ten minutes for him to pull the tire off, replace the stem, and slap it back on the trailer. So I now have two good tires on the trailer, plus a brand new spare, all at a good price, and all done within half an hour on a Saturday. Holy moly people. This place rocks.

I made an appointment and Ashley, I apologize if I remember her name wrong, welcomed me. I'm handicapped and too short to get into my sister-in-law's truck as I forgot my portable step. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van. She called and gave me an update on the work and also called to let me know they were done. This shop is the best! They've helped my sister-in-law with two issues on her truck at the last minute and still got her in and diagnosed the problem.
