So had an outstanding experience today. I'm in a rental car with 35 series tires there was a…read moregrocery cart on the freeway yesterday and I drove around it on the shoulder. Had a slow leak and didn't have a spare tire. This place was literally a quarter of a mile from the hotel. I got there at 7:15, they let me in about 7:50 when they opened. Garek greeted me got me signed in and taken care of in about five minutes. They pulled the wheel tire put a patch on the inside pulled out a broken quarter inch drillbit that punctured the center tread of the tire. Remounted it rebalanced it, checked all the pressure and all the tires and sent me on my way. No charge. This was a Rental Car and I was on vacation so it wasn't their fault they could've easily charged me and probably should have but the fact they didn't says a lot. Can't recommend these folks enough. The car likely drives better now than it did when I picked it up from Hertz in Rapid City. You need tires or tire service check out the folks at Les Schwab. Thank you to their entire crew for getting me straightened out quickly.

We stopped into Exhaust Pros to see if they might be able to squeeze us in, but they were fully booked and all their lifts were actively being used. They went above and beyond to find a shop that could get us in and that they felt they could recommend. I came in for an oil change, expecting just the basics--but what I got was next-level service and care. Not only was the price more affordable than Walmart (which honestly shocked me after years of thinking Walmart was the cheapest), but the entire experience was smoother, friendlier, and far more thorough.
