The office is decorated perfectly for children. My kids leave without realizing that they just had their teeth cleaned. My kids are treated like they are there for spa treatments. It was my son's first time at the dentist, and even though he was scared and cried a little, she was very gentle and explained every step before starting a procedure. The doctor was also very soothing and took the time to explain the importance of brushing and flossing. My kids were so excited to receive a surprise toy and get to pick out their own toothbrushes. Five stars all the way! Our daughter actually looks forward to her appointments and looks forward to the fun atmosphere there. Upon leaving, kids get a token to use in an oversized gumball machine for a bouncy ball and she comes home with a new toothbrush that she chooses herself. The space is well lit and there are televisions throughout to entertain the young patients. All of the staff are friendly and try their best to make the children feel welcomed and are cheerful toward them. The staff is also efficient and honors very closely appointment times we have set in the past. Checkout is a breeze and future appointment are set based on what best works for you and your schedule. Whatever questions you may have are addressed and explained in easy to understand terms. Well done!

I was able to book all four to have their check up and cleaning at the same time. As each of them finished with their wonderful hygienists, Dr. Shulman jumped from one to the other. The kids say that Dr. Rich is funny and nice. Another great convenience is having Dr. Miller right in the same office. Dr. Chris was able to make adjustments to my son's braces immediately after he had his cleaning done. My wife and I, highly recommend Dr. Rich and Dr. Chris.

I googled my choices and I could not be any happier to find Dr. Khan! We made our first consultation visit immediately on the same afternoon at 4:30PM. Her clinic was so unobstructed, unlike all other dentist clinics, hers was like an adventurous land with abundant kids interests yet very neat and lively. We loved it. Dr. Khan was very articulating, persuasive with absolutely positiveness. her office formulated the treatment plan for my son. We started our first step treatment yesterday. I was so intense that my son would resist. But miraculously, my son even laughed and gave two thumbs up by the end of his two baby root canals!? OMG! I observed the entire procedure. Dr. Khan was extraordinarily experienced, proficient and caring even as to any tiny details like instructed an intern to affirm the overhead TV channel was my son s favorite cartoon "Blaze and Monster Machine" numerous times before and during the occupied procedure. I came to this orthodontist after transferring from another provider who had already damaged my…read morebite. He came recommended & the receptionist was very sweet and attentive- so I had hoped for thoughtful, corrective treatment. From the beginning, though, I didn't feel truly heard. My concerns were dismissed during the initial consultation, and the treatment plan had to be redone after I pushed back. I also specifically told the doctor (with photos) that one of his technicians had previously damaged the finish on one of my veneers while placing attachments. Despite that, he still had another technician (unsupervised) remove and replace my attachments again -- even after I expressed how nervous I was about it. The technician was aggressive, rushed, and careless -- using excessive pressure in areas that didn't need treatment at all. I left that appointment with bleeding gums, new gaps between my teeth (particularly the lower front 8), visible enamel thinning, sensitivity and translucency that wasn't there before, and noticeable changes to the shape of my teeth (Which cannot grow back.)I was assured that no IPR would be done, yet the spacing now allows me to move floss side-to-side between teeth that used to be tight. My teeth lost most of their roundness and fullness- they are now flattened, smaller and boxier When confronting them, I was met with gaslighting and lack of accountability. What hurts most is knowing I voiced my concerns more than once -- and was still treated as if they didn't matter. No one should have to fight this hard just to receive careful, respectful treatment. So basically I went in to fix a problem and ended up with an even bigger one. If you're considering this office, I encourage you to advocate fiercely for yourself, ask direct questions, and listen to your gut. I regret not protecting myself more firmly after the first red flag. Patients deserve to be heard and to have their treatment performed with care, especially when they come in already vulnerable and trying to fix previous mistakes.
