Even when the palms are small, they're incredibly difficult to pull, and I won't even get into the hassle of removing the grass. Knowing I'd probably be disappointed in the results, I decided to give another company a try and hired Phillip. Though his services weren't cheap, he was a clear communicator and took the time to carefully walk through the job with me. I decided to move forward with the bid, and his team did an excellent job. Everything was neat, clean, and performed with high care and quality. This was far from your typical hack-and-slash operation. In Arizona, it's hard to ask for more, and Phillip has certainly earned my future business. If you've been let down by other companies, give them a try--you won't be disappointed.

Naji arrived to discuss the project, and based on our conversations with him, was well-prepared to discuss options. The crew showed up right on time, and the point person on the job, Joaquin, explained the process of removing sod and dirt and installing the pavers--over 1,000 of them. They hand-measured and hand-cut the pavers that created the circular mesa around each tree--they look exquisite. It was a crew of seven, who were perfectly coordinated, worked well together, and hustled to get the job done in the promised timeframe--one day, which astonished my wife and me. Because the job required cutting a number of pavers there was quite a bit of brick dust. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.
