Always kind, always patient, and somehow still helpful even when the place is filling up like a lifeboat in a movie. You get the sense they've seen it all and decided to stay nice anyway. Somewhere between your second snack plate and that "just one more" drink, you realize this is less an airport lounge and more a temporary personality upgrade. Only knock is the crowding. No matter how many times they expand it, it fills up fast. Like, blink-and-it's-full fast. Apparently everyone else had the same brilliant idea you did. This airport has clearly marked signs and the rideshare area is organized. It's across from baggage in the garage so you've not exposed in the elements and it looks easy for the drivers to get in and out. Plus they can pull into a stall vs having to pull up to a curb. It's a more pleasant experience overall for everyone.

We were standing there with a tab that was easily going to be $60-$100, yet we waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. During that time, multiple white customers walked in and were helped immediately, with staff greeting them, taking their orders right away, and even offering them water. We didn't get the same treatment. No greeting, no urgency, no offer of water--nothing. The difference in how we were treated compared to the white patrons was obvious and uncomfortable. The hostess working today was warm and attentive with them, but noticeably dismissive with us. For a place that isn't cheap, this kind of inconsistent and biased service is unacceptable. It reflects the worst of what people complain about in Florida hospitality. We won't be returning.

The garage parking is reasonably priced for long term parking and when crowded, the cement walkway from the garage is very easy to navigate by following the painted lines on the ground. Once inside the building terminal, the signage is very good and it is comfortable from the carpeted floors to the temperature of the a/c. There is the option of TSA, TSA-PRE, and, CLEAR lines to get through security. Once on the "other side", there are some private airline clubs, public sitting areas, and plenty of restaurants and bars to wait for the flight. Upon arrival, the directions are very clear on where to go for baggage claim, parking garage, and ride sharing locations. Exiting the airport is a little confusing as the lanes merge and drop off pretty quickly and the signage can come up very quickly for the east bound exit and the ramps for I595 westbound. To me this is an average sized airport that has convenient domestic and International flights.

For an airport this big, it doesn't overwhelm you like many large airports. It was easy to navigate, easy to give baggage claim and easy to meet my brother in law who was picking us up. The baggage claim area was spacious and not overly crowded, the concourse was wide and the signage was clear. Great arrival experience.

We had no issues coming through during some of the busiest times to travel that being Turkey weekend. Going through security was not bad , easy not crazy jammed packed upon arrival it was easy to leave & get a car outside & head to the hotel. Coming back it was easy as well, going through security was smooth. Once we got past we had plenty of time for food, nice food court at terminal 3 we got Pollo Tropical , I had a grilled chicken sandwich & yuca bites , yuca bites were so good, good sandwich hubby had a Chicken rice bowl very good as well. Decent airport overall, we had no issues coming & going.
