Came with friends who have been here before. 1st of all- on a Saturday night- it was very busy. We were there at 6pm. The bar was packed. I heard they have a happy hour. Impressed they do on a Saturday as well. There was only one server that we could see & it took awhile to get our water refilled. As far as the food goes- I ordered Snapper Francese. It was Huge!!! I had to take home half of it. When it came time for dessert, someone ordered pistachio gelato. She said it was just ok. The restaurant itself is all tables. I understand they have a room for large parties. I will try them again for lunch.

The experience was wonderful. I found the service excellent. The waiter was charming and good. The food service was fast. I loved my meal. I had a great experience. The started with the clams. They were great. I ordered the Chicken Franchise with pasta. It was enjoyable. I forgot to mention the bread. It was good and fresh. It was an enjoyable Italian food experience. The restaurant is a good size. It is located at a corner of a plaza. It has an outdoor sitting area that is pretty big. Inside the restaurant is was nice. It was comfortable and tasteful. I enjoyed my lovely time here.

This is definitely not the place to have a large group party. The service was very slow. My chicken was burnt. The food however was served hot except the rigatoni which was cold. We paid a lot of money for our dinner and it wasn't worth it. Large parties should have more servers. You shouldn't have to wait an hour for a salad.

Still a winner! I put in a Togo order for fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken with a side of broccoli rabe. Veal Luigi, side of pasta, rigatoni ala vodka w/meatballs, cheesey garlic bread , linguine vongole and a nice salad for all to enjoy. Everything was excellent. Still a favorite. Great quality, competitive prices. Consistent over the years. Cheers!

Came here for dinner with my family and had a great experience. We came a little early for our reservation so we had to wait for our table, and decided to get drinks from the bar. We got 5 drinks for $30, and they gave us HH prices even though it was 8pm on a Saturday. Once we finally got our table, we had a great server and amazing food. The portions are enough for 2-3 people, or leftovers for days haha. They even were able to accommodate our off menu requests. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Would definitely come back again.

The food is excellent, and the drinks are on point. Unfortunately, the bartenders tonight, could use a bit more focus on customer engagement--something as simple as a smile and acknowledgment goes a long way. We understand how busy it can get; however, after years of coming here for personal parties and bar gatherings with friends, we've noticed a decline in that personal attention. Over the years, bartenders in this establishment have provided the level of attentiveness and quality customers deserve. Tonight, without mentioning names, has been so very different and sadly not welcoming. Bartending skills and attention to customers is very important. I Love Luigi's- always have. I'll continue to come in for dinners and gatherings with hopes of better attention not just to us but the customers at the bar sitting next to us are stating the same. Let's just say it was an off night.

Came in here on Christmas Eve and Sabrina took great care of us. We were a large group and she was on it the whole time. We got a bottle of the house wine, which was pretty good, especially for the price. I got the eggplant Parmesana and rigatoni alla vodka. Both made perfect! I got an extra side of ricotta to go with my rigatoni and it was amazing. The table in general ordered a sampler, which was a great snack to start the table off as well as the calamari added. The calamari is LARGE! Overall an amazing experience and thank you so much for Sabrina for working with us on the check at the end and taking the time to organize everything. Amazing service!!

We were greeted as we walked into the doors by a most friendly Brenda, who I believe was the owner or Manager and our server, Travis that we were assigned was superb! The food was beyond our expectations (photos coming next). We chose a bottle of a house red that was an Italian Montipulc- can't spell or pronounce, but were given a sample to try, which ultimately was the deciding factor. The entertainment was wonderful with a singer that had an amazing voice, but we were across the restaurant so could only hear, not view. The decor was so "zen" with various types of couples, families, even a baby, but the baby didn't cry or disrupt the various festivities happening around us. It was a magical night and one we will definitely experience there again; especially, on Wine Wednesday! I highly recommend this fabulous restaurant! It was our first time at this establishment as, we all decided to venture out of our area to try something new. We are so very glad we did and will definitely be back!

Luigi Di Roma is always satisfying. We feel very comfortable bringing friends and family to enjoy their fabulous menu. This evening I opted for the shrimp special. The butterflied shrimp was stuffed with crab meat and served with a side of pasta. I enjoyed every morsel . Hubby Opted for his favorite Chicken Scarpariello . That's the nice thing about Luigi Di Roma. You can always count on the dishes being consistent. The restaurant is beautiful. They have plenty of outdoor dining and of course the service is impeccable.

The servers were really great and quick with any request from the guests. They have at least two private rooms at this location for private events off to the side from the main dining area. One has natural light with a lot of windows, which is where this baby shower was held. The other one is more closed off without natural lighting. Not sure the price point as I was just a guest, but everything was really beautiful and I believe there was about 20 to 25 guest in attendance for this private room.

The salad was ok and the French fries were a bit cold. The frozen espresso martini was the only highlight of the meal but nothing else was spectacular. I wish we would have gone somewhere else for dinner since nothing was great and pretty expensive for the price and the service was subpar.

The interior has the beautiful ambiance of a high-end cigar lounge paired with an incredible bar. They have an enormous selection of great bourbons, whiskeys, and some truly phenomenal tequilas. There is also a great lounging area in the back with plenty of TVs--they had the March Madness games on while we were there, but I could easily see this being the go-to spot for Sunday football or just a place to relax any day of the week. We chose to sit outside, where the vibe felt like a perfect local hangout. We met some great people who mentioned they are regulars, which says a lot about the atmosphere. While we originally only planned to stop by for a drink or two before heading to dinner, we ended up staying much longer because we were having so much fun. A huge plus is their Happy Hour, which runs until 7 PM every day--at that point, why would we go anywhere else? I can't recall the bartenders' names, but they were all super friendly and accommodating. A few friends tried the specialty cocktails and said they were fantastic. We tried their feature shot per the bartenders recommendation, the "Hello Good Night." It was hands down the best shot I've ever had--I would honestly return just for that! They also had an extensive beer selection. I highly recommend this bar to anyone living in the area or just visiting. We will definitely be back!

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Coconut Creek Review…read moreDinner Date: August 23, 2026 Location: 4473 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33073 Hubby and I decided to go out for dinner with his brother and wife. We wanted to spend some time together, have a few drinks, and enjoy a nice dinner, so we decided to visit Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Coconut Creek. We arrived around 5:00 PM and had reservations. Unfortunately, when we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted at the entrance, which was our first disappointment. Once we were seated, we were greeted by our waiter, Brian. I want to give credit where credit is due because Brian was attentive and did everything, he was supposed to do. He asked us what we wanted to drink, asked about appetizers, checked when we were ready to order our meals, and continued to provide us with service throughout our dinner. Unfortunately, the food was a completely different story. I ordered the meatball appetizer, and when it arrived, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The meatballs appeared to be burned underneath the sauce, and they were so hard that I could barely get my fork into them. I had to stop Brian and ask him to take the meatballs back to the kitchen and remove them from my bill. Brian did so, and I appreciated that he addressed the issue. I then ordered Churrasco Steak with Parmesan Fries. The steak itself was good, but the fries were cold, hard, and did not have any Parmesan on them, even though Parmesan fries were part of the order. At this point, I was extremely disappointed with my meal. And my brother In-law who ordered a steak sandwich with Cesar salad, the salad never arrived with his meal. And when we stopped our waiter for the salad it took 1/2 hr to stop him and remind him of the missing salad. The dinner portion took 45 minutes before being served on a busy Saturday night. Because I was so unhappy with my experience, I asked Brian if he could please get the Manager because I wanted to personally explain what had happened. The manager, Tim, came to our table. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by his response. He did not appear concerned about my experience, and I did not receive an apology for the problems I had with my meal. I had to ask him, "What can you do for me?" What happened next made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of addressing the fact that my meal was the one that had the problems, the manager decided to give me credit for my brother-in-law's sandwich. I did not understand this resolution because my brother-in-law was not the person who had the problem with his meal. I was the customer who had the burned meatballs, the cold and hard fries, and the missing Parmesan. At that point, I felt that my complaint was simply not being taken seriously. I want to be clear that Brian, our waiter, was not the problem. He was attentive, polite, and did what he could to help when I brought the food issues to his attention. My biggest disappointment was with the management response. When a customer takes the time to explain that they had a horrible dining experience, I believe the manager should show concern, listen to the customer, apologize, and make an appropriate effort to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened during our visit. This was supposed to be a nice evening out with family, and instead, I left feeling very disappointed. The food was not what I expected, and the lack of concern from Manager Tim made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Coconut Creek to others based on this experience. I strongly suggest that management consider providing additional customer service training, particularly regarding how complaints are handled and how managers should respond when a customer is genuinely dissatisfied. The waiter Brian deserves recognition for doing his job well. Unfortunately, the food and the management response left a very bad impression. Management more Training!!!! Especially Mr. Tim. Disappointed Customer.
