I received a prompt response and Candi was very flexible with my schedule, agreeing at first to come to my hotel late night (10:00 pm) and then super early the next morning (7:00 am) due to my dinner running late. She was on time (actually early), set up quickly, paid attention to detail (very important during a spray tan - if you're not paying attention that's how you get a botched job), and incredibly thorough throughout the process. Most importantly, I got a beautiful glow, perfectly even color just a few hours later, with no sign of splotchy hands or feet (always a dead giveaway). I finally got a call back two weeks later and booked an appointment. The day before my appointment I received a call saying that my masseuse was ill and wouldn't be able to make it. Absolutely understandable. The problem is that they said they would call me back to reschedule when the masseuse feels better but i never received a call. I basically went back into the cycle where I kept calling to try to book an appointment and after about 2 weeks of trying 5+ times both through email and voice mail, i finally got a return call and booked an appointment for 2 weeks later. The day of my appointment I showed up and no one was at the door! I called multiple times and no one answered. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes someone came out (the owner) and apologized because they canceled my appointment because they had the wrong phone number in their system and canceled because they couldn't confirm the appointment. This is annoying because they obviously had my phone number correct the first time if they were able to call me back to schedule the appointment in the first place. Anyways, the owner was REALLY nice and squeezed me in the next day. I didn't mind coming back and appreciated that she was able to accommodate me. I came back the next day and finally received my massage however she only gave me 35 minutes for a 1 hour massage! I massage was definitely 11:30-12:30 and my massage was finished by 12:10 and we didn't even start on time. I had to wait a bit. I'm a bit frustrated with his business and I would like to give them a higher rating because they are nice and the short massage that I got was pretty good but the way they run their business is terrible. They need to hire someone to keep everything organized.
