Free weights, machines, stretching room, two large clean shower rooms and well as two additional bathrooms. The manager and his wife do a really great job keeping this gym running smoothly and in tip top shape. One session with a personal trainer is included at no charge and he was awesome. I still have the workout he planned for my goals and which he wrote down for me. Charging cables for your cell phone are available in case you forgot yours and your battery is low.
