My experience at this Planet Fitness location was extremely disheartening. Planet Fitness promotes itself as a "Judgement Free Zone," yet I left feeling judged, dismissed, and unwelcome. The representative who assisted me was Arianna. I have a Classic membership and did not realize that it was limited to my designated home club. I politely requested a one-time courtesy workout, but Arianna denied my request and told me I would have to pay an additional $5 before I could work out. Although I understand that Planet Fitness may have membership policies, I believe staff should have some discretion to offer a reasonable one-time accommodation, especially when an existing member was simply unaware of the restriction and was not attempting to misuse the membership. The interaction felt more focused on collecting an additional fee than helping a member. People sometimes go to the gym as an escape from stress or to improve their emotional well-being. Unfortunately, I left in a worse state than when I arrived. This experience reminded me of how often basic compassion and customer service are placed behind financial policies. A "Judgement Free Zone" should be reflected not only in advertising, but also in how members are treated when they need understanding and flexibility. Went around 9:30am minimal people there left at like 11, it was starting to fill with people. IT WAS FREEZING IN THERE, like incredibly cold especially in the threadmill area on the left when you walk in. First off. This has nothing to do with Planet Fitness review but... that Little Caesar's Pizza place next door does provide quite a challenge to my continuous argument between me and my stomach. Dear Planet Fitness Management, I have been a regular member at Planet Fitness and have always appreciated the staff and the welcoming environment. However, I had an uncomfortable experience on 9/18/25 that I feel needs to be addressed. My best friend and I usually arrive around 7-7:15 p.m. to work out. On this day, a staff member at the front desk -- who I believe is new -- stopped my friend regarding her small workout bag. We are aware of the "no bags on the floor" rule, but in our experience, no staff or managers had ever previously mentioned this to us. In fact, during that workout session, I observed several other members with bags on the floor. Later, around 8:30 p.m., the same staff member approached me while I was waiting to use the shoulder press. He specifically asked if I worked out with my friend, mentioned her by name, and then brought up that her file showed she had been "talked to" about the bag. He said he didn't want to make it a big deal, but approaching me about another member's file and repeatedly pressing the issue felt unnecessary and unprofessional. When my friend attempted to raise the concern at the front desk, there was no manager present, which made the situation more uncomfortable. I fully understand the rules and respect staff for enforcing them, but the way this interaction was handled was inappropriate and inconsistent with my previous positive experiences at Planet Fitness. I see why they're a terrible one Star. My husband is a member and I am not. I simply asked to use the restroom and I was denied. I even parked in the loading zone and told them I was really in need. They turned me away. This is why I prefer 24 hour fitness over this place. Common hospitality is the reason why businesses stay open. I'd rather pay the money for 24 hour fitness and deal with situations like this. And I absolutely will be changing my husband's membership to 24 hours with me. This place is pretty dirty. I took a picture of the curtains in the shower. There is mold all over them. They are constantly dirty. They never clean them I guess the managers tell the employees to clean the place and the employees just do the easiest thing which is grab the duster and dust things that don't need to be dusted like the top of the lockers or the top of the machines. There will be a puddle of urine in the bathroom stalls and they just ignore that stuff and just dust everything that doesn't need to be dusted. Everyone dust everything everyday. There's no need to dust anymore guys management needs to tell these guys what to clean actually manage them employees. The showers are dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. There are people who just camp there at the yellow machines and play with their phones or a group of boys gangbanging a single machine. Not the best gym but for the price?! Why not? It's only $10 a month, no commitment. Becareful because there is a $40 fee for signing up but they have a special where if you use yor check, it will only be $1. Like what?! That's such a good deal!! Plus it's 24 hours!! They have a private parking lot and there's a lot of space! But oh man the gym can get so crowded. The peak times are around 6pm-10pm on weekdays. Ughh, I hate it so much because most of the machines are literally occupied.. It makes me so mad!! Another thing that sucks is that this gym doesn't have a swimming pool, sauna, basketball court, or those empty work out rooms. Oh wells, you get what you pay for right? It's still worth it! There are lockers available but you would need to use your own lock. How lame. I wish they had the built in code lock.. Ehh another thing that sucks! However, I do still like coming here. This place could be way better, I'm pretty sure many people have brought up their concerns about the cleanliness and not helpful staff at this location, all you can see no matter what time you come in is staff in their phones at the desk or while "cleaning", no paper towels in dispensers or sanitizer. I don't really like to write reviews about stuff that can be easily fixed, I already brought it up to the staff that the girls lockers need more attention, there's always some type of trash in the changing rooms, now they decide to take away the tables that used to be in the little rooms, so good luck trying to decide if you're gonna sit at the chair or put your stuff in it , why they would remove the tables that are meant to be in the changing rooms?, you have to put your bags and clothes in the filthy floor so you can take a sit in the chair, please fix that. I signed up on a Sunday evening. Customer service was awesome since it wasn't as busy. Initial membership was $21 if you pay through credit/debit card. $5 if you put down your routing and checking number. For the no commitment membership, it's $10 per month. You also get a free Planet Fitness shirt - slick deal. I'm glad this place is open 24/7. The gym looks very cool with purple and yellow as the predominating colors. They have a neat 30 minute circuit with machines that has go/stop light for an intense cardio workout; there's also a 12 minute abs area with the same concept. I love the loud music around the gym; it keeps me pumped up. There are multiple TVs playing, and you can connect your smartphone to the cardio machine to channel in. Warning: this is not a body building gym. They do not have any squat racks - bummer x 10. Fortunately, there is a good amount of smith machines. The weight bars only go up to 60 lbs. They also do not have a weighing scale. At least they have lockers and showers available. Despite what they lack, I'm happy with what they have available for the price I'm paying for. Peak hours are 5-8pm on the weekdays. It's hard to find free dumbbells as it will be like a scavenger hunt to find the appropriate weights. Warming up to do bench presses with free weights is almost impossible during busy week nights. For example, I couldn't even find any dumbbells from 5 lbs to 35 lbs tonight. I would suggest working out during non-peak times to get your optimal lifting workout. read more

I usually go to my college gym but over the summer I decided to try out my local PF location. Due to my schedule I had to mostly go in the middle of the night, but the overnight manager borderline harassed me every night about the "noise". It would be 2 am and there would be no one else at the gym but anytime I'd set down my weights she would come up to complain or pull the lunk alarm on me. I don't think there was a single night where she was scheduled where she wouldn't come up to me and say something. One time I fell off the bench while trying to set down the weights "quietly" and this same lady rushed over from across the gym to scold me. After talking to several other people who go to and work at the gym, I found out that I'm not the only person who feels this way and there's been several other complaints about her. But honestly if you just want to workout in piece, this place is not friendly nor worth it. read more
