    I completed the 8 week challenge yes!! I did it! I will have to write a review about that later. Now I'm just taking classes and they are really good. Down to the core and the boot camp class are challenging. Hurts so good! No commitment. 10bucks a class or 40 for 5 classes. Only 4 stars because I wish they had more classes on Sunday. For now you can take Zumba on Sundays

    This place is filthy! Took Monica's yoga class, and was laying down with hair balls and dust bunnies. Took the Zumba class about two months ago and the floor was so dirty that even the instructor herself was complaining. And the bathroom is disgusting, there were poop stuck on the bottom of toilet where your pants might wipe it accidentally, and it's being stuck there for over 6 months! and usually when the place is out of soap or towels, it would take a long time to restock unless I am the unlucky ones that came when the place ia always dirty and out of everything. After taking 2 months break, on one of the Tuesdays, the class was taught by an out of shape elder lady. I was beyond disappointed... THE WORST CLASS I HAVE EVER ATTENDED. I was bored to death. If I can give it ZERO star I would after that experience, only gave one star because I do enjoy some classes. Leonor is really good, and very knowledgeable, and Flora is THE BEST cycling instructor in town! I cant make it to her normal class time but she has subbed for ALOT of classes (which is strange because seems like she is the most stable instructor yet she only teaches one class). Joni's boot camp is amazing, the class is always packed. Maria, Gloria, and David's classes are not bad Sylvia's class is good too but she is RARELY ON TIME!!!

    I tried their cycling circuit class for the first time yesterday and WOW! A workout for sure. You're cycling for 30 min then you go to another room to do upper body weight workout for another 30min. Let me tell you it feels great! You sweat a lot. I like the change of pace when you get off the bike and go to the mat for weights. So a few tips, first workout at your own pace when you're on the bike. The girls there know what they're doing and have worked up their endurance. This was my first time ever cycling and first time working out in 2 yrs. I was not able to do what they were doing and that's ok. I didn't quit I just cycled on at my own pace. I will get there eventually. Second, bring water lots of water and a towel. You will need it. And lastly keep at it. Half the battle is going! I will definitely be back for another class. Might try their cycling sculpt class that's cycling with weights. Its a must try!

    Go to the facility and pay for the cycling classes (5 or 10 sessions). You can sign up at anytime for cycling. Hope this helps!

That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. The staff has been amazing and welcoming since day one. Overall experience so far: 10/10. Highly recommended

The heater being on full blast in the mornings makes it really uncomfortable to work out. The fans are not on, so there's no relief when the heat is running. I mean really how cold can it get in SoCal where the heater needs to be on full blast Also, it would really help if staff wore something identifiable, like a uniform shirt. There have been a few times I wanted to purchase a protein shake, but I couldn't tell who worked there or who to ask for help. Lastly, there have been times when there were no wipes available to clean the machines. Overall, still a great gym, just a few small improvements that would make a big difference!     So when I went to check out the camp which I found by a add on Instagram, I was pulled in by it…read moresaying free 6 week challenge, thinking they were just Abington free classes or something to get you to join the gym , which I was looking to do. It turns out it's far from free and far from what I expected or anticipated. The last 6 weeks of doing the hard body challenge have been, well nothing like I expected. When I went to the first meeting seeing all the things we had to do, like checking in for every visit, leaving reviews, and oh my goodness, the meal plan they give out. I was so discouraged and overwhelmed but I though what the heck I'll do my best and at least I'll be eating better and being active. Long story short, I couldn't believe the results I got in only the first 3 weeks! I had already met the 5% body fat loss goal!! The book and their motto is FTDI, and honestly if you do, I don't know how you wouldn't be able to meet your goal and more. This challenge is not for the weak I will tell you that. Meal prepping was very important. Every night i made my meals for the next day, got up at 6 am and went to do my "homework" weight lifting before my 7 am work out class. The class are tough, but they are fun and can be modified for every and any level your at. If your not leaving their a sweaty mess, then did you even go? Lol I took their AM pill in the morning before class to help with energy and burn fat, then have my breakfast after class, two hours later my protein shake which I make with my Ice coffee , then two hours later I have my lunch followed by two hours later protein shake, and again two hours later dinner, then 2 PM pills before bed to help with sleep and burn fat. And of course lots of water in between mixed with my BCAA watermelon flavor. I will tell you, if you do not have friends and family who support and help you threw this, it will be very hard to eat healthy and constantly the whole time. But don't give up, everyday is a new day to try and do better and be stronger. I 100% recommend doing the 6 week challenge, and I look forward to continuing working out at the camp.

    SO MANY TREADMILLS ARE BROKEN. They have literally had to start hand writing "Out of order" signs…read morebecause they ran out of official ones. If you ARE lucky enough to get a working treadmill, you have a 50/50 chance of walking on one that has incorrect speed/incline calibration. Your machine will say 4.0mph but it's actually 4.5-5.0mph. Yesterday after work, at least 25% of the treadmills were unusable, and the one I did manage to get wasn't calibrated correctly, but I wasn't going to complain since the rest were full. This isn't a new issue. I've been going to this gym for months and there are always several machines out of order. Everything else about this gym is fine. Front desk - they're nice enough and I haven't noticed any issues, but I've also never needed to seek out their help. Good playlist.
