Stumbled across this gym through Yelp after searching for personal training/group workout gyms. Sanctify gym stood out to me and their reviews were 5 star ratings. I took the leap and joined, have been consistently attending group work out classes and personal training sessions for a little over a month. The results and once tight but now baggy jeans do not lie! Coach Ruben and Coach Guillermo are amazing trainers and excel in what they do. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I was a bit nervous about joining at first as I didn't know what to expect but Coach Ruben and Coach Guillermo made me feel very comfortable. Coaches are amazing! They are all super knowledgeable too. I was very spectacle about joining a gym of this sort. As I had look into others perviously ones, but once I came in met with Ruben and discussed my goals. As he went into more details I knew that Sanctify was going to be a "GREAT" fit for me. Just finished a 5 week challenge at Sanctify and I'm glad I decided to sign up because not only did I get that extra push I needed to lose weight and build muscle but I learned so much. It was really informative and fun. We had weekly topic discussions and check ins which made the overall experience very knowledgeable. They also added an extra kickboxing class for us challengers which was great to meet new people going through the same fitness journey. I highly recommend this gym, I started working out with them from home mid March post covid and let me tell you that's all you need to see great results. I have only worked out from home and I'm so thankful for these coaches they make it easy to stay motivated during the workouts and best of all there's no real equipment needed. Coach G and coach Ru are amazing they have been very encouraging, supportive, passionate, helpful but they also challenge you which is great. I've lost a total of 12 lbs and about 4-5 inches from my waist and yes this has all been during this difficult time. This gym is truly one of a kind and the coaches Ruben and Guillermo are the main reason. The coaches are extremely friendly and motivating and they project that onto the members that go to class. If you are a beginner they will work with you and they will also push you when they want you to do the extra rep or add weight and they think you are ready for it. They are both attentive and correct your form when they see you may not be doing the exercise correctly. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try. The coaches are amazing, i really love this place. In my years I've always struggled with my weight, eating, and staying motivated to exercise. I have tried it all, pills, other fitcamps, traditional gyms and they just didn't work out for a variety of reasons. I have been with Coach Guillermo and Ruben for many months making progress with my weight, strength and overall health. When I started my blood pressure was high, I was always tired and I felt weak. My blood pressure is now normal I now feel stronger, I feel motivated and I feel happy at the thought of the future progress I will make.
