Like I said, it's a smaller gym, so it doesn't have hundreds of machines, but it has all of the basics you need to get a really good workout in (squat rack, leg press, smith machine, nice dumbbells, cardio equipment, etc.). Gym is clean and everything is in good condition! I typically only have to share the gym with one or two other regulars + their trainer. Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly and accommodating; they are happy to share equipment and make sure they're not in your way or hindering your session at all! I love working out here and will be sad to leave. If I weren't moving, I'd train here forever.

The equipment is well maintained, and they are opting for a newer, more relaxing look and feel. WRS not only hosts several group classes, but they also have other businesses within the building which are very beneficial health-wise.
