I haven't toured the entire facility but I've seen there's multiple rooms with lots of gym equipment, I'd love to hit the weight room one of these days but I'm pregnant right now, so that'll have to wait. I showed up on two different occasions when that said I could try it out. The first time they told me the wrong information. The second time they told me to register on their overhead screen. No one to help, the young athletes clicking together. Not welcoming at all. Look guys, when I was young I ran 6 miles every other day averaging a 6 1/2 minute mile. That was just for fun, not training. You'll be old one day and odds are you'll never reach my level. I'm 65 and nutrition and fitness are my favorite thing. Be inclusive. You see an old person brave enough to enter the CrossFit gates, lean into that. You could really make a difference in someone's life.

Like I said, it's a smaller gym, so it doesn't have hundreds of machines, but it has all of the basics you need to get a really good workout in (squat rack, leg press, smith machine, nice dumbbells, cardio equipment, etc.). Gym is clean and everything is in good condition! I typically only have to share the gym with one or two other regulars + their trainer. Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly and accommodating; they are happy to share equipment and make sure they're not in your way or hindering your session at all! I love working out here and will be sad to leave. If I weren't moving, I'd train here forever.

After second look it was obvious she was special needs so I ignored her comment.... My office moved closer to this gym and I wanted to see how close it was for the possibility of running here during lunch (almost 2miles pretty close). My old office was closer to Abrams so that was the gym of choice. Well this gym is smaller than Abrams but has all the equipment needed for a good workout. The female locker room is spacious and it has its own sauna which is a plus. Even though it is a small sauna it can fit approximately 15 - 20 average sized people sitting lol. I usually stretch in the sauna before and after a workout so the availability of a sauna is a plus. Back in the day there was one sauna and it was coed even the current sign reflects that of a coed sauna lol. There is no fee associated with this gym and many weight lifters prefer this gym and train here often. This gym has an open concept floor plan. There is a separate rooms with cardio equipment. Many weightlifters visit this gym, personal trainers are offered but did not see any group fitness or aerobics classes offered.
