David began by helping me set fitness and health goals and after achieving those goals he encouraged me as I set new ones. I can not recommend David enough if you are looking for the best and most experienced trainer in Waco. He recently moved and started training out of The Lab. Their equipment is new, the facility is clean and well maintained and it is a perfect setup to work with your trainer without the usual distractions at most gyms(noise, overcrowding, smell).

Like I said, it's a smaller gym, so it doesn't have hundreds of machines, but it has all of the basics you need to get a really good workout in (squat rack, leg press, smith machine, nice dumbbells, cardio equipment, etc.). Gym is clean and everything is in good condition! I typically only have to share the gym with one or two other regulars + their trainer. Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly and accommodating; they are happy to share equipment and make sure they're not in your way or hindering your session at all! I love working out here and will be sad to leave. If I weren't moving, I'd train here forever.

There are such a large multitude of classes that Yoga8 offers, that I feel like i can learn something new every time I decide to come. I now attend yoga about 4 times a week. The instructors are genius, especially Kim and Angela. Superb stuff. Truly my life has shifted this summer. I highly recommend giving it a try. There is something for everyone at any level. Unbeknown to us, she was placed with the toddler class on three occasions, even after calling and explaining the mix up and promising to get her in the correct group, which never happened. She was humiliated and was told she did not have the "skill set" to practice with her age group. The front desk manager reprimanded my husband for calling and having a question about placing her in an age appropriate class during busy hours. But since no one answers the phone during closed hours, how would you ask a question or contact them? We drove from China Spring to Robinson for this class, so over Spring Break when we arrived to find no class and no texts, emails, calls, or any communication from the staff. They were quick however to let us know that there would be no pro rating because it was a short month from Ice storms and spring break. Again, it's no one's fault the weather was terrible and mix ups happen, but when you treat a new family so badly and then leave a little girl crying on 3 different occasions and feel no remorse or have no apology for wasting someone's time and money, that's awful. Awful management, no communication, complete waste of time and money. I do not have the front desk manager's name , but you should be able to pick her out from her unprofessional, rude, work ethic and the "been in a bar all night voice."

There is just the right balance of seriousness and fun at ZGGA -- my son has learned to work hard and to push through fatigue and pain but he also gets to be a kid and have a good time. When we go to meets, some of the kids from other Texas teams look like automatons and you can tell that they are afraid of their coaches. In contrast, the Zero Gravity boys are laughing and are clearly participating out of love for the sport. The automatons usually clean up and win all the medals, but I would rather have a child with a smile on his face than a shelf full of trophies. A very serious injury at another gym in town about a year ago really brought home the fact that gymnastics is a potentially dangerous sport. I really appreciate the fact that ZGGA adheres to the strictest safety standards with regard to equipment, staff training, and supervision. Highly recommended.

My last visit was 4-5 weeks ago( which is maximum waiting time before next appointment ) and I told the stuff about that. I mentioned about tanning spray I had and they told me it's fine as long as I wash it away , ok , the appointment has been scheduled, next day administrator texted me it should be 2 weeks post my last tanning spray session and we can reschedule you , I was concerned about the prices going up because they have special for March and April , she said me don't worry about that I still have all April ahead to purchase the package for this price. Later on when tan spray was completely washed off and faded I decided to finally make an appointment , so the technician told me it's fine as long as tan is gone , administrator though was insisting on 2 weeks post tan thing, I was completely confused and disoriented, but I still was happy i am going to do laser since I got all the deadlines and I could relax . But it was just a beginning of all the mess that this place created for me , the owner of the holos texted me with the new prices I didn't expect and that everything supposed to be payed upfront ( before their administrator again , told me complete different information ) prices are doubled from what I heard before , and she apologised for misinformation, I kindly asked if I still could do at least 1 procedure since it's not but her stuffs fault , she refuses to do so , I texted no thank and said that their customer service is below 0 , she didn't even reply me . I am just a little shocked softly speaking this procedure is not manicure and it's very expensive, I asked questions which never been properly and professionally responded and I ended up in a position I can't get laser now , this place just let me down. I wish this place shut down soon with such an unprofessional owner and the stuff who is working there . Literally the worst experience ever , they ruined my day for sure . Avoid !

I appreciate the time she took to listen to what I had to say and get me on the right path to weight loss. Dr. Dutter was able to explain the medication, how it works, what to expect and what I needed to do at home to ensure results. I truly appreciate being held accountable by the team there. Exactly what I needed. While at my second appointment I decided to try the vitamin B12 injection and will say I did feel a difference. I'm not sure if it's the vitamin B12 or a combination of both medications that has helped me tremendously. I have energy and have lost weight. I feel so happy and truly grateful to the team there that has helped me along my way to looking and feeling good inside and out. My energy levels have increased. I had Covid and that affected me badly and worth the vitamin B12 shots and the other weight loss medication I have energy and feel happier. I also recently started taking my daughter to get vitamin B12 injection since she has POTS. She said she did feel better and isn't sluggish, exhausted and no headache.
