They told me to try the Personal training program. I asked if I can stop anytime, then they replied YES! after around 2 months I tried to stop it, they just told me only the manager can do that. When I spoke with the manager.... He said NO! Its in the contract that you signed!!! (A LONG WITH SMALL LETTERS CONTRACT!) and that it's not their obligation to tell us what's everything on it! OMG!!! Yes, not everything, BUT they should have specified the highlights of the contract before letting us sign because customers usually rely on what they say and sign! THEY SHOULD have told me NO you can't stop once you started it UNLESS you move 25 miles away, You're Dead, or You're disabled! So, that's the catch! Now I know what they mean with the YES You can stop anytime .... "anytime IF you have 1 of those 3 choices!" As I was looking to attend a class that day, I did further research and went on their Facebook page and saw various different phone numbers, so I called one. I was told that their 7/3 evening classes were cancelled - although the classes were listed on their website - but I could come to the 9 AM class the next day - 7/4. Then I began getting texts from another person who asked about my availability to talk about Fit Crew. I said I was currently available. I was told I'd get a call in a few minutes, then I got a text two hours later that promised a call. I didn't receive a call at all that day. In spite of all of this, I STILL decided to give them a shot. My best friend and I showed up for 9 AM class. The trainer that was there asks if we were looking for the "Black guy" -- after we've said we were there for boot camp. Then, he explains that the Black guy does the boot camp and he didn't think it was happening due to the holiday. This experience was both unprofessional and a complete waste of time. The facility is big and machines are in working order. They have a turf room for crossfit/free training and on the other side is a half basketball court. They've added a few new machines and I enjoy going into the room whenever it's not too packed. The workers aren't that helpful. When I originally joined, they did a quick walk through of the main area. The rest of the tour was accompanied by the pointing of fingers in different directions as she mentioned the pool, sauna and a cool down room. They don't show you how to use a piece of equipment if you're unsure. On a different day, I had to ask someone about a rope machine in the turf room and the lady responded that she didn't know anything about it. I figured she didn't know much as she was on the heavy side herself and was kicked back behind the counter on her cellphone with another lady not even knowing they had a rope machine lol. They didn't even try to help. Luckily, there was a guy working out nearby who showed me a few things and now it's one of my fave machines. I think they are just unmotivated employees or just bored idk. I complimented an employee who was nice and very different from the rest. She happened to be the manager LOL! I think they may have even said the regional manager but not sure, it was so funny & ironic that I can't recall the rest of the conversation. She's a little tiny thing and she's so helpful and chill. She's usually there when I go after work now. Is she the reason why the tunes are jammin' after 5pm during the week? Any other time the soundtrack is not so energetic. I bring my headphones but I rarely need them when I go around 5-6pm during the week. I recommend you wiping down the equipment as you use it of course. I saw a napkin or tissue on the floor beside one of the ellipticals for 2 days straight, so I'm not sure how often the custodians come through. THE.RESTROOM IS.HORRIBLE.OMG! Some toilets won't flush and are clogged up. The floors have puddles of God knows what kind of liquid. The napkins are all located around the walls in the gym area (you're lucky if they are refilled) and there are only hand dryers available inside the bathroom. There's a Chili's in the parking lot nearby, I usually can use them to change or freshen up instead of using the gym's restroom. I can't comment on the pool and sauna area, the idea of even going gives me the heebies and I don't plan on using these amenities. All-in-all, it's a gym people. Don't expect to smell or see roses. You go and workout then you leave. Just don't be the person who doesn't clean up behind themselves or you'll be part of the problem.

It's a small gym, but it has a real family vibe where everyone no matter age or fitness level feels welcome. A member can train on his own, join small group training classes, or work out with a personal trainer. Small group classes are limited to ensure each member gets the proper attention. The only factor that keeps me from giving it a 5 is that the only weight equipment for legs and glutes is a squat rack. I would love leg press, leg extension, and leg curl equipment.
