However area is unsafe my car was broken into @ this exact location on June 12, 2026( seven cars total were broken into) today is June 18th and no one from Planet Fitness management has contacted me( front desk clerk wrote down names of everyone who was involved) Dekalb PD is there monitoring periodically, otherwise no security, even after cars were broken into, no security has been hired. read more

For my first time going to the gym, I thoroughly enjoy this place. Everything including the locker rooms to the showers to the gym area, is clean and neat. I feel comfortable working out here. The staff are nice and overall, I love this place. And it's not overly crowded too! Excellent location, and I'm hoping it will stay like that for a long time coming. read more

I had the pleasure of canceling my membership today AFTER ONLY 5 visits. When I cancelled I was asked why but it wasn't included in the documents I received. ZA along with the rest of the PF employees made me feel terrible. I have never entered this establishment and felt welcomed. In which I stressed that today upon cancellation. I wasn't met with an apology or any type of ma'am what can we do to rectify the situation. This location locks and chooses when to enforce policy and as a customer that isn't fair or right. My first visit I was rudely denied entrance as when the acct was set up my home gym wasn't the correct location. After two weeks got it fixed. 2nd-4th visit I walked away from checking in listening to women gossip about my body and what I'm wearing. I let a week go by. After to skating 3 miles to workout to I enter the building only to meet ZA. Whom told me I couldn't work out if I didn't take my picture which is company policy. Upon asking can I take it another day because I am sweaty and not my best self and since the policy hasn't been enforced previously rudely he told me no. I declined working out and they were like oh well. So I came back and cancelled the policy. To lose a customer about a policy you all has failed to enforce is beyond me. To not include WHY I cancelled is horrible customer service! Not once did he offer an apology nor did he try to keep me as a customer. I will be taking my business back to LAF. Called the police on me because my face was visibly swollen from a sinus infection and I didn't want to take a pic but I offered them my Id. 5 squad cars for my little self. It was literally my second time in there. First time I was there to sign up. "The day the pic should've been taken" they didn't want to help me. I was told to download the app and sign up. That's what I did and she sent me on. This company collectively is trash and I'll never deal with them again. The whole staff is out of shape and evil. I pray they get exactly what they put out in this world. No grace! I could've been shot dead over a picture. You never know what type of cops would've showed up. This location is the new planet fitness on Covington Highway behind Bank of America and across the street from the LA fitness. The facility is very clean and the machines are more up-to-date than the other location I went to on Wesley Chapel. I didn't have to encounter any of the staff here so I can't truly comment on the customer service or their attitudes. I wasn't greeted when I came in but it was okay because the young man at the desk was speaking with another customer at the time I entered. Are use my phone to check in and went straight to work out. I did not go into the locker room so I cannot comment on it. The facility is clean odor free with modern equipment. What I recommend this location of planet fitness, So far yes. read more

I went to a Planet Fitness in Illinois and enjoyed myself. I remembered this location had just opened up in my neighborhood so I decided to try them out. The membership fees are not expensive at all. The annual fee actually costs more than the monthly fee. If you get the Black Card membership, then you get perks (discounts at stores and usage of additional equipment at the facility). That membership also allows you access to any Planet Fitness you'd like to patronize anywhere; even out of state. You can sign up online and when checking in you use your app. Personal interaction is minimized, but staff are always available should you have questions or need help. You can scan a QR code on each machine to see a video on how to do each exercise. The app also features workouts that you can do away from the facility. You can bring one first for free every day if you'd like; just invite them from the app and they scan their own barcode when they arrive. I believe guests have to visit with you though each time they go. I'm not 100% sure about that one. There is ample parking here, the bathrooms/locker rooms are spacious and clean, and they provide sanitizer and cleaner for you to wipe down the machines before and after use. They started a summer program that allows teens to attend for free. Once they are singed up, they are entered to win a scholarship for $5,000. This summer pass is a game.changer for my boys. It's was nice, clean and not a lot of people. I enjoyed my time there. Glad I purchased a membership.

I usually don't write reviews, but this issue has been irking my nerves. This is my favorite planet fitness location right now... but the only issue is there's this female that has a BBL and during the afternoon around 6 pm she rolls in with her naïve clientele. She's not a planet fitness trainer and I have no problem with her doing her scam training. My issue is when I am in my corner recording my content to show progress in my workout. She always manages to walk in front of the camera. No apology or respect. The first time she did it whatever the second time you pissing me off it got to the point where I'm taking my progress pictures and she's following me all over the gym. Like girlBecause it's giving very much you're strategically trying to piss me off when I'm trying to mind my business.. next time a confrontation will most definitely set place with her..or corporate. read more
