This location is one of the nicer and newer EOS and while some of my favorite instructors (Sidney Ford) teaches here, I don't find myself popping in. It's a bit too long of a commute for my fitness class needs. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. Parking can be a rough though as it's a very popular EōS location.

They are very helpful and make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. They also change it up all the time so that you're not bored or doing the same thing over and over. It's a good HIIT workout, and I always burn at least 300 calories in the 40 minutes of exercise, which is great by my standards. I would have given this place 5 stars, but then something happened (I thought about 3 stars but thats not fair to the rest of the employees). Toward the end of my 2 week trial, I took a look at my finances and even with the discount, it just wasn't doable. This place is expensive (more than other HIIT gyms Ive been to in the past) and being that I am not rich, I just can't make it work with upcoming bills, car repairs and everything else I have going on. When I called and spoke to Sunny, I explained to her that I unfortunately needed to cancel for now. She asked for any feedback for the program and I told her LOVE the classes, but I just can't afford it. She then said, in an incredibly rude tone, "did you know that before you signed up to take our free classes or did you just figure that out now?" Honestly I was shocked. It was so rude, it really hurt my feelings and it felt like she was accusing me of being a scammer or something. I would hate for anyone else to feel this way should they have to cancel. Also because of this I will not ever return, even if I could afford it. It was unbelievably rude. I shouldn't be made to feel bad for giving something a shot and just not being able to afford it. Guess I should have lied and said I hated it or something.

The trainer did not stop the class, everyone kept working out and no one helped me. The trainer Justin told me not to bother going to the hospital because he broke his ankle several times. I cried and hobbled to my truck and drove myself to the hospital. I am still traumatized by this and to this day they will not allow me out of my membership and try to charge my account even though I am unemployed and pregnant. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I would give zero stars if it were an option and moving forward I hope they handle these situations with more care which is why I'm speaking out.

The guidance also helps because if youre a beginner its hard to create a sustanable workout routine & then you give up. The trainers help you get a sustanable routine and gradually work your way up to harder sets. Which I love. The workouts have a great variety that works your whole body. Always work up a sweat and feel great afterwards. Im glad to start and keep my fitness journey going here. I feel stronger and better each time. Have a lot of fun and great guidance working with Bri. My only motivation to go to the gym was my own will to go. For most of us, that's not much and becomes less of an urge and priority over time. At MFS I began taking Real Ryder cycle classes. I loved the personal vibe of the class, that the instructor greeted everyone by name and introduced herself to me, showed me how to use the bike, introduced me to the class, etc. I worried that it being a small gym I'd feel excluded because everyone knew each other. That wasn't the case; instructor was attentive, the music was great, and the environment was positive and encouraging. I couldn't wait to come back. Now I take cycling and their fitness classes and let me just say, on days I'm feeling lethargic or lazy, I go to the gym anyway because I love the instructors so much. The owner of the gym takes the classes with you, all the staff greet you by name, instructors accommodate your instruction based off injuries/ability, etc. I feel like I'm getting personalized training from a friend every time I go. I've never had a bad experience, I look forward to going, and as a result, my body looks great and I'm in the best health I've been in a while, and I have an amazing time doing it. Donna, the owner, has a special place in my heart for being such a kind-hearted business owner, and the staff there are absolutely lovely. I'd recommend this gym to everyone - it can't hurt to try, and I guarantee you'll be back.

I'm going to be direct, my experience using the 7-day pass is the reason I did not return…read more I came in to see if the gym felt like a space I'd actually use. I clearly stated multiple times to the general manager that I did not want to discuss membership yet and just wanted to work out. Despite that, I was kept in a prolonged sales conversation for roughly 40 minutes and was told a tour was required to "activate" my pass. At multiple points, I explicitly asked to end the conversation so I could start my workout, and that request was ignored. Being pushed to continue a sales discussion after setting that boundary made me uncomfortable enough that I avoided coming back altogether. A "no commitment" pass shouldn't require someone to push through a high-pressure sales interaction just to access the gym. That approach had the opposite effect of what I assume was intended, it drove away someone who was genuinely considering joining. I did not return because I did not want to have to sit through a sales pitch again as if I was buying a car instead of a $10-$30 membership. If you're open to feedback, I would strongly recommend giving trial members the option to bypass or immediately exit sales conversations when they've clearly declined. The gym was packed, the parking lot being full is a sign of how busy it is inside. I also didn't see almost anyone wiping off equipment after use and that wasn't discussed on my tour.

We spent a few hours here, but truthfully could have stayed all day! A couple of climbing newbies tagged along with us, and the Alta team did a great job with orientation. We were also able to quickly get belay certified, which unlocked the entirety of the gym! I was so blown away by how many routes they had available - we barely scratched the surface. The auto-belay kid-friendly area was so cool as well  - I love that they're going out of their way to make climbing fun and accessible for folks of all ages. My cousin and younger sister really enjoyed the theming - they said they felt like superheroes scaling a building to save someone! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and since we visited at a slower time, we had our choice of routes the entire time! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend Alta to new and experienced climbers alike!

They offer 3 free sessions, but I only needed needed one to convince myself that full body EMS is very beneficial to someone like me! I ended up purchasing an Ohm at home suit, which is very easy to operate, via the Ohm fitness at home app. I have a lot of muscle atrophy from my stroke and EMS really gets the blood flowing to these muscles. It's been about 2 months of workouts and there are signs of progress. I highly recommend Ohm Fitness to Seniors and especially those that have disabilities. You are not lifting heavy weight , but you do have to do the work. You could do almost nothing, but your improvements will take longer. If you choose the Red Mountain location, you will find a well organized site, staffed with very helpful and friendly people, along with knowledgeable instructors.
