First, it's impressively clean. I noticed that right away. I haven't tried any of the weight training machines yet, but I plan to. Bookguy is a member and I come in as his guest to do cardio. I like a machine called the NuStep, and the staff at the desk directed me to that area. Even though theirs does not say NuStep, it was basically the same machine. There's a plethora of TVs on different channels and a device attached to each piece of cardio equipment that would enable one to hear the tv of choice with a headset. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I also go to a "meatball" gym which is not as fancy as this one, but I think a good workout can be had here, and the environment is pleasant. They advertise as being nonjudgmental, and that seems to be true. I wish they had more than one stall in the locker room with grab bars. read more

Place is constantly busy and seems like there is no cap on how many patrons are allowed. I understand gyms get busy, but it's getting ridiculous. During peak times people are hoarding multiple pairs of weights, working out in packs that block other patrons from using equipment, weights misplaced in incorrect labeling. I could be here for 2+ hours and cannot even get an actual workout in. Trash is everywhere. I have been coming here for months but it's just too much. Will not be back to this location read more

I really like this place or the one in Grand Forks, ND or the one in Cedar Rapids, IA or the one in Oklahoma City, OK. Does this location have magical powers where it teleports to the city I'm in? Not really; it's because I can use my PF Black membership at my home club or any other one in multiple cities across the United States. Almost all of the equipment at other locations is the same as well as the layout. They have personal trainers to assist with your fitness goals. The staff is welcoming when you walk in. If you've misplaced your membership card, no worries! It's easily accessible on the Planet Fitness app. The equipment is fairly new and those who use it are asked to clean it after each use. Guess what? People do actually wipe down the equipment; including me! The staff is constantly keeping the place tidy. For you pizza lovers, the first Monday of every month is FREE PIZZA! What better way to celebrate a great workout than with a couple of slices? They are thin crust of course! read more

Like many other gyms sadly, subscription fees and contacts are hidden and unclear. I was told after signing up for a trial month period I would be able to transfer or cancel my membership specially here in Arizona where I now live. After calling a month later towards the end of the trial period I was told I could only cancel my membership IN PERSON or by mail. I had been specially told by the front desk that I could do it online or over the phone. Since I'm no longer in Omaha, Nebraska that complicates things. Since then, to make matters worse. A normal membership, which my trial period would have turned into, is at 10 a month. I was charge over 40 this last Month. I tried to transfer my membership to a new gym here in Arizona in order to cancel it but ran into similar problems. There is a 90 day period after subscription during which you can't transfer your gym location. I was told that wouldn't effect me in the trial period since it was a trial and I never signed anything permitting such action. Now I'm stuck paying for 30 months of this overly expensive gym for nothing. I will never use this gym again. The customer service wasn't helpful at all. If you plan on using this service, please make them be clear about what you're signing up for. read more

Pretty clean. Great atmosphere. I feel like it's judgement free. Price is great. No commitment. No pressure or anything. I'm a black card member because I want to use the red light room and bring someone with me (whenever I want) Only issues I had. I signed up and that was it. No support or help. Then asked for ref light room. No directions. I get in and hit button. Then I see a tiny itty bitty paper on how to work it. 2 treadmills didn't work with headphone jack right next to each other. The front lockers, near front desk, don't open and they have to open with key. I don't have to show proof that it's my stuff. Don't get me wrong everyone has been great. If you need a no frills gym for a place to work out, this is your place. Everything you need to get your sweat on, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and free weights. There are plenty of TVs, jack into your treadmill and watch CNN or whatever is on. Friendly staff, clean equipment and open 24 hours. There isn't an indoor pool or sauna but they do offer tanning, massage chairs and a hydro massage table for the Black Card members. Regular membership is $10.00 a month and the Black Card is $22.00, no commitment. Oh, the Ladies locker room has tall lockers in case you have work clothes which need to hang up while you work out. There are also changing cubes and showers. I was surprised at how many people were there at 4430am. read more

Their staff is amazing but the system itself is awful. You cannot cancel via the website although we're going through a pandemic you have to physically go there or send in a letter which might get there in two weeks allowing them to charge you once again for something you don't want. Cancel now before it's too late! $25 for a gym that doesn't even open pass 9 is ridiculous. read more

Very clean and well run gym. Equipment and gym floors were spotless. Restrooms and locker rooms were equally spotless and well maintained. Staff friendly and kind. It was a great place to be able to get a workout in on travel. You can sign up online for a free week! Only complaint, they have all smith machines and no racks at this location. read more

I'm a loner that's the way I want it but still everyone here is nice. If you overdo your self on q squat or a bench press someone will come and help also there's a family dollar store next door where I like to go pick a energy stacker shot right before I start my workout. And even if you don't like this location for any reason there's other planet fitness centers also. read more

Very much love my membership to PK. This location has a body enhancement machine which helps tone, even skin tone, and reduce appearance of stretch marks. I also have to say this location has the most helpful staff. :) read more

Worked with Ryan there and he is a great trainer with a lot of patience!! The only downfall I see is in the 30 min circuit area and the 12 min ab area. People are usually just parked on a machine on their phones! I usually go around them, but it doesn't give me the full benefit of my workout. staff sometimes seems to not care about that. read more

I love this gym, the atmosphere is so tranquil and peaceful. I love how i can go and feel comfortable to work out and do my own thing. One thing i would love is if people would clean the workout equipment when they are finished but other than that i would definitely recommend coming here. read more

My husband works out there 4 times a week he says it is great. The gym is spotless, the employees are on top of it constantly cleaning, replacing paper towels to wipe down machines and being very personable. We have both trained with Mark the trainer, he does a great job working you as hard as you can to see positive results. read more

Dirty place to workout. Signed up for a membership because this was the most convenient location and there was plenty of equipment to use. Quickly noticed that machines are not wiped down after use and the staff doesn't refill paper towels so that people can clean machines after use. I talked to the staff at least 5 times about how dirty the place was and how the paper towels were out every time I visited for over two weeks. They didn't care as they usually are on their cell phones behind the counter. There was usually a handful of machines with signs saying they were broken and the weights never get put back on the same rack. It has been a while since anyone has reviewed this location and it looks like it used to be an okay gym but my experience this entire year proves that it is a very poorly run, poorly staffed, and poorly cared for gym. read more

I was in Nebraska for work and Planet Fitness was the only local gym that seemed to have more options and was closer to the base. I signed up for the PF Black Card thinking I'd be treated with more kindness, even though it was a 12 month contract. I went very seldom and then had to return home to another state. When I signed on I was never told I could transfer my membership but my wife found out we could 4 months after I was home, again in another state quite a ways from Nebraska. So we transferred the membership and still didn't use it. I went to cancel the membership understanding there was a buyout fee. Well the local PF was waaaayy more understanding. They refunded the 1 month that was charged because I didn't use the facility. So I called the Nebraska location in hopes they would be just as kind. The lady my wife spoke to was kind but the manager just seemed to quote the contract and didn't care. They just wanted their money. Bull crap. I can prove I was no where near this PF and couldn't get to it and wasn't aware I could transfer my membership. The local PF allowed us to charge funds to a credit card as this one only allows bank accounts. Get with the times people. You take advantage of the local temporary in town workers and there isn't crap to do in this town or locally. I would NOT suggest this PF to anyone in Bellevue just for work, which is a lot of bored men. read more
