I waited 20 minutes in line with no greeting or check up on when I was going to be helped as they proceeded to sign up groups of people at a time in front of me. They did not check in any current members to get people into beds which were completely open while everyone stood there and waited. This customer service is very poor and needs to be fixed. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 20 minutes just to be checked in for a bed!

And maybe they got a new bulb and the girl didn't say anything... (other locations always warn people if they switch out a new bulb and have them go a shorter amount of time.) Low and behold when I go to unfreeze my account the 5 dollars a month is only good if i Pay in full for the most expensive plan $96 dollars and all of my months that I paid all year cant be used for tanning its only good for tanning lotion! This place is a SCAM save yourself time and money. Do not go here. I will be charging back on my credit card and placing a complaint with the BBB. How can you charge someone 5 dollars a month totaling $100 plus dollars and then I cant use the money towards tanning at a tanning place!

I really like this place, they are quick to get you in and get you sorted into what service works…read morebest for you. They're super accommodating when you have a ton of questions like me just to figure out what you like, etc. Maya was super helpful in figuring out how to use my pass and what services I wasn't taking full advantage of which was really nice cause she was helping me to understand all my benefits :)
