Adjacent to the Best Buy located in Square One Mall, this space has exchanged hands many times over the years. And now it's Ultraflex Gym. Top of the line equipment, wide open space with lots of sweet Iron to satisfy all them Iron Addicts. Two floors of some great equipment, good vibes and overall a solid environment for any sort of fitness lover looking to improve themselves. However their membership fee is a bit high in comparison to other gyms in the area. Would absolutely join if they had more cost effective membership offerings.

They have a good number of cardio machines and weights along with a back room where you can watch work out programs (we really like this feature and have used it a few times). They also have bathrooms with showers (male and female). It's generally pretty quiet so we rarely have a hard time getting machines. The only reason I am docking them a star is because of their staffed hours. I understand they cannot be staffed 24/7, and I've personally never had a problem, but on a few occasions my boyfriend and I have been in the gym and noticed people loitering outside. On one occasion we left and the gentleman outside (who had been waiting outside for around 25 minutes) asked us if there was anyone inside and we said no. This was a Saturday and apparently he had called and they said they would be there from 11-3 (same hours posted on the door), but there it was 2:00 and no one was there. A similar event happened on another Saturday but it was earlier in the day, around 11:45 when we left the gym (again hours said 11:00-3:00) but no one was there. The poor guy had waited outside for quite some time and had obviously gone out of his way (we saw him go to his car, we can luckily walk over), only to find that no one was there to show him around/sign him up. Saturdays are obviously a busy day for sign ups/inquiries because a lot of people probably work late on weekdays and can't make it over. I think it would be a good idea to post signs on the door if the place won't be staffed as promised. Otherwise great gym! Maybe call ahead before you head down to sign up and make sure that someone will actually be there, though it seems they leave early sometimes so you never know?

The membership price has increased, yet there always seems to be something broken, and cleanliness appears to be a serious issue. The men's whirlpool and cold plunge can remain dirty for several days or even weeks before they are properly cleaned. There is visible buildup and residue along the walls, which is extremely concerning in facilities where people are exposed to water and shared surfaces. This is not just about appearance,it is a matter of hygiene and health. Management should understand that poor sanitation can expose members to bacteria and potentially cause serious health problems. We have complained about these issues before, and we were told, "Thank you for your feedback." However, one day later, the whirlpool was still closed and the problems remained unresolved. The dry sauna also had such a strong and unpleasant odor that it smelled as though there might have been a dead animal inside. For the price being charged, members should be able to expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility. Please take your responsibilities seriously and address these hygiene and maintenance issues before someone gets sick. This gym has the potential to be much better, but the current level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

Coach Jared was amazing to work with. He quickly assessed my experience and current workout patterns and learned about my overall goals. Normally sessions like these feel like they drag on forever but I felt occupied and accomplished the entire time and it was over before I knew it- we all know, a great feeling when working out. The light conversation was also a nice touch. Through several circuits of weight training I was sweating away, heart rate up and all. It was a rewarding workout experience and the best part was I could still walk the next day! Can't wait to come back when I'm town again next!
