I had a wonderful workout today. Staff was super friendly. Check in fast and easy. Spacious gym with everything I needed. Before I report this business for their fraudulent practices I figured I'd try to save others from the same hassle. This location is absolute trash for how they treat their customers. I attempted to cancel my membership, BY MAIL, as I was contractually obligated, and I am continuing to be billed. So when I called the location, a very rude human said my account is still active because I did not send my letter by certified mail therefore nobody can prove that I truly canceled in the first place. This is NOT a requirement, by any means. Mail is delivered successfully across states, countries, continents but somehow (conveniently) my letter from 3 miles away "didn't make it" so they refuse to cancel my account or refund me the extra charges. Go somewhere else, these guys will take your money and tell you "too bad, prove it" when you call them out for it. read more

I received a email asking my reviews on this location I gave a star reason why I said they need soap in the shower everywhere else does. the staff is overly fake with they're " good morning! how are you today" that I feel like they're being a smart$&@ or mocking me. they asked what they can do to make it better i said hotter girls . the manager calls me today to harass me about my review I hung up on him. your not going to call me to talk crap to me about what my opinion is I have the right to my opinion if he don't like it dont ask. very unprofessional to call a customer to harass me. I'm I've been with planet fitness like 5 months now been to all the locations and for this guy to do this makes me not want to continue going there. I've never heard of this in my life. I just signed up yesterday for the Black Card membership- and so far so good! The Black Card benefits are all very appealing, however the thing that pulled me in was the unlimited guest privileges, meaning you can bring a guest with you every time you come to the gym w/ no additional charges ! The only down side to this is that they only have access to the gym area and locker rooms, not the "spa" area. So if you decide you want to use the massage chair or something, they will need to wait for you. Other than that, I can't say anything negative. The gym is very well maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the sign-up price was pretty low. I'm a happy camper :) I'll come back and update In a couple months. read more

This was my home gym for the longest time. It is open 24/7 making it nice for those that work odd hours. That said it is one of the dirtiest PF that I have been to. There bathroom stall have snot on them that has been there for weeks despite bringing it to their attention. The showers are filthy. This place is literally an outbreak waiting to happen!! read more

This is a standard PF. Employees are very attentive, faculty is clean, and it's not too crowded even during busy times. Now the main reason I knock off two stars is something that may possibly be out of their control but I want to bring it to PF attention so that they know this is happening to their customers. I'm sure everyone can see the strong police presence in the area and this is not necessarily a bad thing. But it becomes an issue when they begin harassing the customers. This makes the second night within 2 weeks that I have come out, gotten into my car, started my car and took out my phone to plug in a location into my maps app, and had a police officer pull up behind me and block me in then walk up to my car and question me. I'm glad for the police presence don't get me wrong. If something happens there is quick response. But I take issue when they begin harassing the customers with no merit and making it a hostile environment to be in. I don't think anyone wants to sit through a series of questioning every time they get out from a workout and are just completely dead for the day. If it is possible I think PF really needs to work with the local law enforcement to be sure there is a line in place because I don't want to feel as though I'm living in a police state and this has really soured the gym experience for me at this location. And I would much rather go to another location or gym for that matter where I am not questioned every time I wish to work out. (And then have them try to act like they didn't mess up by trying to tell me how to get to where I'm going as if I'll remember the road names they're spewing out -- I have an app for that) If you don't mind being questioned every time you park at a business you are paying for some product or service then you can completely disregard the low score on this review. read more

I've been using this planet fitness for cardio and tanning for a few years, and it's a welcoming place thanks to the gym staff. Today we visited a planet fitness while on vacation in florida and my wife was harassed by the staff for having a jug of water with her. They said it was "intimidating" to have that much water. If someone is intimidated by a jug of water they have serious mental issues they need to deal with. But instead of writing the location in florida a bad review, I figured we would write our local planet fitness a positive review and thank them for being chill and for NOT being weirdos with a phobia of water bottles. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I had gotten the black card membership for the buddy pass perk and was told I was only going to get charged 24.99 (plus tax 25.42). Two months pass and they had charged my account 75 dollars THIS MONTH. It was the regular 25.42 and then a whopping 50 dollars added on top a day later. When I go to call about canceling my membership and dispute the 50 dollar charge to my account, they lady on the phone said, WORD FOR WORD,"It still looks like you have a balance of 10 dollars on your account and you will need to pay off you balance before canceling your membership". Look, I'm a 18 year old kid, I understand that in a lot of people's minds young=naive but I'm pretty sure that when 50 dollars gets pulled out of your bank account for a membership that was listed as just over 25 dollars and then there to be a extra 10 dollars to pay for god knows what, something about that situation isn't correct. Had I owed 50 dollars for whatever reason, why are they being pulled out separately. 25 for membership 50 for unknown and a extra ten dollars for the heck of it. I was scammed out of 70 dollars for a mediocre gym membership that barely included "Perks" such as a red tanning bed that's said to "help your skin". Such a joke! read more

I've been going to this PF location for a couple of months now, and I really love it. Just like Quincy J. mentioned, there is a ton of everything. I've visited when it was slammed, and when it was dead, and it's always clean, and there are always machines open. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help. My locker with a lock was broken into, my bags stolen, and they had expensive identification items in it. The police got involved, took my report and another person's because their locker with a lock was also broken into with their identification and credit cards which were already being used with fradulent activity. I asked to help identify the person who stole our things with their picture/footage and was told the manager of the gym was the only person with access to the security cameras and refused to come in when they weren't scheduled to work. So myself, the second person, and the police aren't a high concern and possible lawsuit enough for the manager to come in just to do their manager job and help the police and us have access to small fortunes of our lives. I am livid. I have never had this experience, have visited multiple states planet fitness gyms for years, love it, and have never had bad experiences until now. read more

I am pretty impressed with this location. I have been to other locations north of Denver, but this place out bests the rest. Granted the location is new, but the facilities are clean. The staff is friendly, and the floor plan is spacious. It also has some added benefits for it black card members that I haven't noticed at other locations. Pretty sure you could find the info on their website. I did try the hydro massage which was in a chair not laying down like at my home gym. I enjoyed the experience in the chair slightly better. There is plenty of cardio equipment for a full house. The one thing most planets lack are the stair masters this location only had 4, but throughout my workout at least 1 was always available. The ab and stretching area was impressive as well. It has plenty of open floor space which I used to perform lunges and high knee drills. It also has the hip adductions and abductions located there. The pf360 area which I haven't seen in New Mexico or California was also a lovely area. Plenty of pull up areas, kettle bells, a adjustable platform (that I used to do box jumps on), monkey bars, strengthening ropes. It just adds a extra layer of working out that I totally enjoyed. If your team planet fitness then consider visited this location. I have been a PF member for 3 years. Visited locations in TX, NM, CA, NV, and OH. This is by far my favorite PF to date! read more

Really like this gym. Never a wait, staff is friendly and like able, great price and I love the view- location, location, location . They could have done better as far as designing the lock room space and I would definitely pay more for a steam room . It's workable, just not comfortable if your getting dressed to go back to work (Take some space from the black card lounge and expand the space we really need ). read more

While the staff is friendly and machines are decent, the hot water has been out here for over 3 months. Every time this is brought up to the staff there is a new excuse of why there is no hot water. If you want a hot shower after your workout, there's a Chuze less than a half mile away with working hot water *edit after owner response: There is no time table from your management on when the hot water will be fixed. I have cancelled my membership. There is no coordination between the upper management and staff on progress of maintenance issues, as your management staff has no idea when the hot water will be fixed. read more

I enjoyed working out here. The problem is when you try to cancel your membership the hoops they try to make you jump through are excessive. I moved out of the area and the ONLY way that they would accept my money to cancel is by certified letter or to come in person to the facility. The idea behind it is if they make leaving so insanely hard that you will just keep paying. Save yourself the headache and just join another gym if you can. read more

Extremely deceiving billing. They do tell you that you'll be charged an annual fee but they neglect to tell how far in advance you need to cancel so you won't be charged. They also lie to you that it's a corporate charge and give you a number that when called is automated and when you push any button that might possibly relate to a billing related question or dispute the corporate number tells you "that is handled at the locally owned club level". They will not refund the money despite canceling. I've called and gone in and they just redirect from one person to another. Be very careful Because they will not tell you the truth when you sign up.
