Last summer I had to store my belongings there reluctantly, and the owner stole my storage unit. I have proof that it was paid for, and he refused payment on the third month that I rented from there, and he put he lock on mine, and he was claiming that he asked me to move out of there, and he barred ne once again from there, and stole everything from me. He was claiming that I was not allowed there, and he waited two months before stealing from me. He stole from me before but I was hoping that there would not be any problems with Doug this time but he went ahead and took all of my stuff, and he was falsely accusing me of using the unit as a rest room. The movers have proof, it was filled to capacity, and I could not even fit in there. He is a liar, and a thief. He owes me big money!!! The people are writing in are all liars, they might be related to this nasty thief, the owner.

I lucked out with Reliable Movers - not only were they responsive and willing to book me from out of state for a move-in to a place with multiple sets of stairs, when they arrived they were helpful, friendly, and even prevented some damage that would have been done because of the way my outgoing movers packed my truck. They took great care with all of my items, got everything to exactly where I asked it to be placed even though I was stuck outside with the truck providing information, and got it all done in record time. The crew that showed up on move-in day were about twenty minutes early, after checking in with me via phone and text. Everyone was helpful and courteous. This was an excellent moving experience and I will be hanging on to Reliable's contact information for my eventual move to another location. The price for unloading into my new home was great, especially given the stairs involved. No one likes to make furniture go up narrow stairs - Reliable's crew made it happen quickly with a clearly practiced pace.

How dare you as an owner try to stop a real review. It was four items not two. If you give a review she doesn't like she will discredit you and drive you nuts. After my move, I discovered problems that I contacted the company to try to get them to solve, but the jerk who answers the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, ignored my request to put me in touch with the company owner since he wasn't helping me, and then my emails went unanswered too. So unfortunately I have to say that this company is unreliable and you should under no circumstances hire them. The movers are not careful or thoughtful, and nothing will be done to rectify their many mistakes. In my case, the mistakes included a bookshelf that is now very wobbly, a suitcase and several boxes that they let sit in the pouring rain on the day of my move, two missing pieces on my book case that have rendered it unusable, the destruction of my two bidet hoses, and forgetting to bring a mattress bag to move my mattress in the pouring rain. I regret tipping any of them for the work that they did before taking time to actually inspect that work. On the day of my move I was too tired to realize how much damage they had done. It took about a week of starting to rearrange furniture at my new place before I realized it, but then when I contacted them to let them know about the issues, they ignored me. It's very stupid and short sighted because I'm renting an apartment, so this is obviously not going to be my forever home. When I do move, they could have guaranteed my repeat business and they could have benefitted from me suggesting them to others. Now they have not only lost any chance at more money from me, they can be sure I will tell everyone I meet to steer clear of them. All they had to do was spend a little time fixing simple issues, but they couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum. Utterly unprofessional and substandard.

Every piece of furniture, (including family heirlooms), arrived heavily damaged. Deep gouges, broken legs, and scratched surfaces that were not there prior to the move. Items were poorly wrapped (if at all), and it showed. What's worse is the complete refusal to take accountability. After documenting the damage and reaching out, we were met with dismissive responses, delays, and ultimately no resolution. They wanted us to provide them with product #'s for each piece of furniture, several pieces don't have product #'s as they are antiques and have been in our family for generations. No meaningful claims process, no effort to make it right, just deflection and ridiculous requests for product #'s that don't even exist. Moving is already stressful. Hiring professionals is supposed to reduce that, not make it worse. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your belongings and expect basic professionalism and accountability.

However, it was odd to not receive a confirmation email, electronic receipt, text or phone call to check in between the time I ordered it and the drop off. I had to call back and make sure it was set to be delivered the following morning, and had to confirm a time. They do give a window for the dumpster drop off, but it arrived right at the beginning. Best part- you don't have to be there when they come to pick it up as long as you've followed their guidelines!

The Salvation Army Veterans services took away my right to decide where my belongings went and then caused late fees by not being on time with the agreement made with this place. People who are on a fixed income and or disabled avoid this place because they are not going to work with you or help you keep your property.

What makes this even more insulting is that the exact same size unit was being advertised to new customers for 1/4 of what I was paying. That tells me very clearly how this company treats loyalty: they punish existing customers while baiting new ones with lower prices. I raised this issue and was told a district manager would call me to discuss and make an adjustment. That call never happened. No district manager could spare five minutes to contact a long term, consistently paying customer. The on site service was just as bad. One employee, Amanda, was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude, making an already frustrating situation worse. Her behavior was completely inappropriate for a customer facing role. In contrast, Ashley was the only employee who showed professionalism, courtesy, and basic decency--and she deserves credit for that. Overall, this location demonstrates predatory pricing practices, terrible customer service, and zero respect for loyal customers. After two years of dependable business, I was treated as disposable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to think twice, especially if you plan to stay longer than the introductory rate period.
