Wow I never thought getting my smog checked would make me so happy I came here in a panic. I needed the smog checked same day to renew my registration. He got me in immediately, no wait. Offered me refreshments while I waited and a little prize for my toddler son. We were both happy. Honestly made me feel so special and taken care of. Best customer service I've had in a while! The attendant was so nice , he offered me a nice indoor space to sit down, a cold water bottle from the fridge , hand sanitizer when my car was ready, and he even stepped into the street to guide me out since there is a little bit of a blind corner. Especially since I went to two different smog shops in Mission Viejo and was treated very rude/ overpriced. This place was $69 ish for my 1999 Toyota 4Runner. I was the first person there when they opened and was in n out in less than 5 minutes. 2. Ashkan, the owner, offers patrons a nice little work office with a desk, phone charger, and TV in case wait times ever become longer. 3. He offered me a cold bottle of water even though he knew we would be done so quickly. 5. Great location a few minutes from the freeway and the beach. 6. When I got back in my car to leave he asked if I wanted hand-sanitizer to clean my hands. I mean, this was just the cherry on the top. Ashkan (Sean) did my smog check a couple of weeks ago and he is, by definition, a class act. I turned onto the street just as another customer was leaving, and Sean made sure to guide me safely into the bay to begin my test. He not only opened my door for me coming and going, but he has a seating area for you to wait while he completes his work. He gave me a nice, cold water bottle and Rice Krispie treat, and then finished so quickly I didn't even have time to open them! That whole process couldn't have even been 5 minutes. He made sure it was clear for me to reverse back out into the street, and I was gone just as quickly as I came. Left with a copy of my smog certificate and digital sent to the DMV.
