Best tasting smoothies in AZ & best customer service I love you guys even tho we hate the weather

Wraps are pretty good. Wish they were bigger.. meal comes with ur choose of sides!!!.. Awesome price even though wraps are kinda of small!

I can't believe this place isn't more popular and isn't slammed all day. If the only gripe I have is that their napkins are really small, that's pretty good. I've tried about half a dozen different smoothies and all of them were really good. The sandwiches and wraps I've had were also really good. Their prices are very reasonable. The times I've gone into the shop instead of ordering doordash, the staff have been very pleasant and accommodating when I had a question about ingredients, etc. Again, I don't understand why they aren't busier. Maybe people don't know about them. Try them out and spread the word. They appear to have a good business, a good product and hire good people. really good strawberry banana smoothie! the small size was really big, next time ill get the kids size! you get way more for your money here than other places like jamba juice. very fair prices and lots of size options! read more

I show up at 7:10 am on Thursday because there hours state open 7:00 am -- and no one is there. The door is locked. Really inconvenient. I came to get a smoothie for breakfast before heading to work and the business can't even follow their own business hours. Sad and a waste of my time. read more

Most of their smoothies contain dairy, and at some venues they won't make substitutions, but here you can tell them exactly what you want and don't want, and they'll do it with a smile. Perfect. read more

Not worth the money, unless you really want an overpriced smoothie. I was going to order on my lunch through Yelp/GrubHub, but instead I called ahead of time. The girl over the phone said it would be 10 minutes, I got in there and waited an extra 15 more minutes after I drove 8 mins. After, I looked at my receipt and noticed the prices are way different than what is being advertised on Yelp. I asked the girl at the counter, she said she did not know. I asked for a manager and the girl said that they don't have one...which shows since every time I come in I get rude customer service as no one is there to supervise I guess. The girl who actually made my food was nice, but the girl working the register was more focused on the food she was making for herself. I love this location! The staff is super friendly. I'm not a fan of bananas, but they will go out of their way to make a smoothie recipe that would usually call for bananas and substitute it with something else. Their wraps are super yummy, and the ingredients seem very fresh. read more

Every time that I have gone there they give me the wrong thing. I asked for an açaí bowl that was supposed to have strawberries, blueberries, baña and granola, I also asked for extra granola as well. They gave me the açaí bowl with just bananas. The açaí was like water and there was not extra granola. We walked in and placed an order for two smoothies to go. 15 minutes later I received one of them, and five minutes after that the second. These were right off the menu with no deviations. Since we had already waited 20 minutes for a SMOOTHIE (ridiculous) we left in a hurry on our way. We should have tasted the smoothie in the store. The first one, Tropical Thunder, tasted just fine, if not a little overly sweet. The second one, a Screamcicle, was TERRIBLE! How much ice do you need to use?! We were crunching on ice pieces in the smoothie and there was absolutely NO FLAVOR! I would have had no idea this was supposed to be orange flavored, let alone have other ingredients. The sugar and additives make this place on par with Jamba Juice, but at least they have consistency. I will not be returning to waste more money at this place. read more

Don't overlook this excellent lunch place. I'm actually talking about the food here. It is excellent and an incredible value. I actually worked here about 10 years ago and I still come here for their delicious wraps. That says a lot because I know that they use quality ingredients and take pride in making good tasting food. The menu isn't huge but there are some really good meals on it. Start with the Chipotle chicken wrap, it's awesome and they throw in chips and a cookie. All for a little over 5 bucks. read more

Awful. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I didn't even stay to get to try their drinks and food. I picked this place to try out for lunch/smoothie from Groupon. She was friendly at first then became extremely rude when I said I had a groupon. My total was $7 my groupon was for 10. I asked what was under $3 to get close to the 10 and she said, "nothing". There were plenty of things right in front of me for under $3 once I looked around. She walked away and when I made my selections she said, "you're going to have to wait". I was the only one there. Then I gave her the groupon on my phone and she said, "it's already been used". I have never been there and am new to the groupon thing so I did not know what the problem was and she offered no help saying, "how am I supposed to know you just bought that?" I said that I just did and I left my office when I got the email saying it's confirmed. She did not during this time even attempt to start my drink and she pulled the other items away from my reach. I was dressed in nice clothes and I don't know if that's a bad area or not because I go through Mesa from Scottsdale to go to and from work. I was treated like a thief. I've never been treated so bad. Don't know if their smoothies are good. I left before addressing the groupon problem because I was so uncomfortable and I will address the problem with groupon and definitely get a refund because I got 2 $10 groupons since its in my way home and thought it would be a good place to try. I will never set foot on their property again WORST experience ever. read more

Ordered a few sandwiches DELIVERY online and it took an hour and twenty minutes and they forgot one of our sandwiches. I called and told them and they told me they couldn't deliver it even though I paid for delivery and they forgot it. They told me I had to come pick it up, I ordered delivery for a reason. I ended up telling her to forget it because they wouldn't accommodate me for their mistake. So I lost my money and my lunch. I will NEVER order from here again. read more

The lady is rude and impatient. Sorry this was our first time here, and yes I wanted to look at the menu. Guess she was in a hurry to go home. I purchased a Groupon for here. She informed me that she couldn't accept the Groupon. So I asked if they were going to extend the Groupon dates since I couldn't use it. She didn't know an answer for that. The smoothies were fine. But if you don't have good customer service, then I won't be returning once you do figure out how to use my Groupon if ever. I wasn't aware that you couldn't still write down the voucher information. Just found this place, WOW!! great food I had the Cesar Chicken wrap and my friend had the club sandwich on this amazing fresh baked 9 grain bread I don't know which one was better they were so flavorful. They have these self serve flavor shots in a bunch of different flavors it makes your iced tea amazing. Cant wait to go back they have so many options on the food menu and I haven't even tried the smoothies yet. read more

This was my first time at a Planet Smoothie and I thought the service and my smoothie were great. I also thought the prices were reasonable. However, while I was waiting for the smoothie to be made I saw a cockroach climbing up the sneeze guard of their baked goods. Do not order online through the Yelp app!! Placed a large order for 9 co-workers at lunchtime. Received confirmation from Yelp that my order was received and would be delivered by Grubhub within 45-55 minutes. My card was also charged for$69.18. I waited about 65 minutes before calling the restaurant to check if the Grubhub driver was on their way. The restaurant answered and said they never received my order. So I called Grubhub who then confirmed my order went through. She said she would also check with the restaurant and call me back. I received a call back from Grubhub saying they could just refund my card and that the restaurant said they would not be able to fill the order today. Even though I was willing to wait for the late order being this was our lunch. About 45 minutes later the restaurant calls me and said sorry our printer was down and your order just printed!!! They asked if I still wanted it filled. By now we all made other lunch arrangements, so I said no. (That should have been offered the first time I called!) Sad to have to leave this review because we all work down the street and frequent Planet Smoothie. After this, and the lack of customer service, I don't believe I will return. read more

Yesterday I stopped by for a smoothie and a bagel, a 22 oz smoothie (sans their "booster" because they can't even tell you what's in it) and a wheat bagel with cream cheese & tomato to be exact. I stopped by again today, because it's quick & convenient, and order the same except a 16oz smoothie this time. There were no wheat bagels so I settled for a plain. I was NOT given a second small cream cheese as I was the day before. I asked the girl at the counter why it was so different and she said that her manager talked to them and that they are only allowed to give one cream cheese (they charge .75 for it too- by the way). Also, I didn't realize that she charged me .25 for 2 small slices of tomato until I had gotten to work. She NEVER told me there was a charge and I WAS'NT charged yesterday. If you are going to NICKEL AND DIME your returning clients (I almost have another full punch card from this place) at least let them know so you don't lose a customer over it. I suspect they have to do this because its ALWAYS so slow in there.After reading the reviews it appears not-so-quality customer service and product have a lot to do with that. read more
