I love Nekter! I go to every Nekter around the entire city. This is by far the one with the worst customer service and training. It's really unfortunate because the product can be so good if made right with good customer service. My order has been consistently made incorrectly at this location and the extremely young staff members who clearly have no training on customer service have argued and lied about how the items have been made. When picking up an online order for two items, I'm handed one item and asked if there was anything else in the order and then they have to search around the store looking for for the second item that's on the counter instead of in the cold storage for pick up. I have previously reached out to corporate to provide feedback with no response and the proprietor of this location with also no response. Extremely disappointing. read more

Honestly so disappointed! Came in for some bowls, my friend and I both had a açaí banana blueberry bowl. This is blended açaí, strawberry, blueberry, banana, pineapple, and housemade cashew milk. It is topped with hempseed granola, strawberry, blueberry, and banana. The flavor was decent, but it was SO watery! I think they may use ice in the blended component. Went in last week and was informed that their juicer was down. That was annoying but I get it. Went back in today and was informed the juicer is still down. Since the name of this establishment is the Nektar JUICE BAR, it seems odd that the primary function has been out of operation for at least a week. I ordered a chocolate/ peanut butter smoothie and received this disgusting amalgamation which seems to just have the peanut butter scooped into it (for smoothie that costs over $10). I paid with a $20 bill and was informed that they had to short me $0.07 because they didn't have enough change. In summary: if you'd like to go to a juice bar that serves no juice, then over pay for a gross smoothie, then double over pay because they don't have change and then be made to feel like you're the problem or are being a "Karen," then this is the spot for you!! Worst experience ever at nectar in my life. Waited over 15 minutes to order my meal with no one in front of me in line. The worker didn't say hi or I'll be right with you. Just ignored me for 10 minutes while she cleaned or whatever. I thought she was busy with onlines so I felt bad and tipped about 8$ for my meal. Then I went to lobby and waited over 40minutes before I got up and asked one of the girls for a refund because I was tired of waiting. She then told me my order was coming up. Great açaí bowl! I got the superfood bowl and it was really tasty, was a great sized portion for the price, and had a fun combo of ingredients you don't always see like apples and goji berries. My mom got the dragonfruit bowl which was also tasty, but keep in mind much sweeter since it's a pitaya bowl and not açaí. The takeout process was really easy and I was glad that the employee was wearing a mask and gloves. Felt very safe and was convenient and easy, too. I've been to this location many times and overall it's good. However, today was quite disappointing. I had the worst bowl that I've ever had. I ordered the banana berry açaí bowl on the menu, added protein powder and paid the extra for the protein powder. I'm pretty certain I did not get the protein powder in the bowl and not only that the bowl was very watery and icy. Had little to no flavor to it so I'm not sure if she followed the recipe properly. Sometimes visiting another location can make you realize how good the service has been at the one you normally go to. And the store is usually very quick with your orders and very respectful to their customers. They have great quality in their food as far as I've ever seen and I have visited multiple times in a week on many occasions. I have recommended them to multiple friends and they visit now also. They have a nice seating area to relax and enjoy your food with friends and it's always clean. I really hate when I forget to use my app which is more often with many places because I'm in a rush. Okay. I've been excited to try this new...trendy juice bar. Since this particular bar is right next to the gym I train at...then, it's extremely convenient to re-fuel after a nice session; healthy, delicious & convenient. I mean, the staff was great, informative...friendly and quick and attentive....and I know, I know...you can't place a cost on health and deliciousness...or can you. I'm not going to get into the whole "organic", fresh and natural "scene." I get it, but 13 dollars for a protein smoothie?! Really. Again, I get it; I had coconut, pineapple...etc, etc...and I added 1 scoop of whey protein...and I got the 32 oz. smoothie, but 13 dollars!? Really?! Thirteen bucks can get you an even "healthier" vegetarian...or carnivorous meal! The smoothie tasted good- but it wasn't 13 dollar worthy....again in IMO. I get it, but I don't get it. Great product, horribly inconsistent employees. Sunday crew is the worst. Multiple times place order online. Today i ordered 1.5 hours ahead to be ready at 1115. Come in at 11:20 and wait 15 min only to find out it was sitting in the freezer but they were too busy handling orders of people who had just ordered.. Last time I came in at scheduled time and they hadn't even started the order. There is no excuse for this outside of employees not giving a crap. Never an "I'm sorry" or any sign they care. They have a look like they are inconvenienced, because we are frustrated at them During the week it is like a different company with employees that are friendly and efficient. I verified the Location opened at 7 AM so I could pick up some juice before a morning appointment at 8 AM. I arrived and waited at the counter to order while 2 employees worked on other orders. The lobby had 4 people waiting that were seated. I was informed someone would be with me shortly. Three minutes later she removed her gloves and approached the register. Looking at the order tickets on the wall, I was confused. I asked her the approximate turn around time and she said 20 minutes. For juice?! My understanding is that because I'm a customer who did the most effort by coming to the establishment and not calling in or sending a delivery service, I am subjected to an invisible line. I have zero problem waiting in line. It's that I feel there should be two lines. One for people inside the establishment and one for those calling or online. Wouldn't you know it! Other places agree with me. You know how you can go into a drive thru and the restaurant doesn't stop serving people inside. Shocking that this crazy way of doing business already exists! While I planned the time to stop and pick up something I enjoy I certainly did not account for 20 mins. Can you imagine even waiting 20 minutes for fast food? Absolutely ridiculous. read more

When I was getting over the stomach flu, it was all I could do to drive the one block to Nektar for a freshly squeezed green juice. I believe these green juices helped my body heal quickly without any medication and I was back to work within 3 days. I started my regimen with the Toxin Flush for a couple of days then moved on to the Greenie. They will serve the drinks over ice if requested. I love green juices, the portions are generous here and no sugar added to the drinks (this is a must for a real juice bar). read more
