Came to Planet Smoothie on a Monday morning. It is tucked in a plaza off of John Young. There are many different options and combinations for add ins. The flavors were fresh and though there was only 1 worker she worked diligently to get the orders quickly and efficiently. Price point is a little higher than Smoothie king, but the offerings and add ins are far better. They have many different fat burners and proteins as well as the standard kind bars and granola snacks. We will absolutely come again. Interior is very small only allows for 2 parties at one time and there is no drive through but absolutely worth the trip. read more

I just went in to order smoothies for my family, I came in door alarm rang no one came out. I waited about 5 minutes re opened the door to have the alarm go off again thinking maybe they didn't hear it. Waited another 10 minutes and still no one came out. My wife and I were blazing in Orlando's heat while, when we saw a Planet Smoothie around the corner. The shop was very clean with the door open, so no contact with anything. The decor was a mix of surfing and 90s, which is a BIG plus in my book. The young man behind the counter greeted us and told us about their specials. He also answered any questions we had about the smoothies and ingredients. I ordered The Road Runner, which was mostly a berry blend and an energy boost. My wife ordered something similar to an Orange Julius (orange juice based smoothie with yogurt and protein). My wife thought her smoothie was okay, but not something she would get again. Mine, however, was so good I got another one. My wife enjoyed The Road Runner smoothie and decided to get one for herself. I would encourage anyone who likes smoothies to take a trip to Planet Smoothie, if you're in Orlando, Florida. You'll be glad you did! read more

Now I've been to this location before but it's been quite a while, like years. Blame it on the pregnancy, but when I walked in it just had this smell to it that wasn't pleasant. The lady was very polite it was just her. I ordered a medium chocolate Elvis with no energy and she asked if I wanted to replace it with a different and I declined. Now this is my favorite smoothie from planet smoothie and I hate it - I just had one yesterday from another planet smoothie location and this one is heavy chocolate and banana. I can barely taste any peanut butter and man this baby of mine loves me some peanut butter. I definitely will be throwing out my smoothie because it doesn't taste anything like what it should. I will go back to this location if I'm shopping in the area but I will be ordering a different smoothie read more

After Camp Gladiator, we went to Frutta Bowls first only to find out it was closed for no apparent reason. We assumed because of the hurricane scare, but nothing ever came of it so we were bummed. However, I called Planet Smoothie and they were open! Yay! There was one guy working, seemed like the owner. He was quick at making all 5 of our smoothies & personable. The inside decor could use a little help and some music would be a nice touch, but overall the place was clean and had some seating. We will definitely be back! read more

I have been coming here for years. I have seen 2 different owners running this business. I have seen many different employees working there. With so many changes, the smoothies has not suffered. In fact, I like how Planet Smoothie caters to the need of the customer. They will bend over backward to get the right taste of your smoothie. THE CON: Because there are so many different employees working there, the consistency on texture of the smoothies are not always the same. The taste is there, but the consistency of the smoothie are always different. I would blame this on the customers who ask to make their smoothie thick, smooth, or runny. However, just ask the employee how you like your smoothie to be made. They are very accomodating. read more

I worked here for a year. You get tipped wage, and tip pool with other employees. No one here thinks you work for tips. I also did my taxes for the year, and was told I had to pay money since I made "over a thousand dollars in tips" in a couple months. This isn't even mentioning what happens to the items you ingest. I wouldn't support this store. read more

Stopped by this particular location one morning after yoga class to reward myself with a sweet treat! The actual store seems much smaller than some of the others that I have been to, but it was a quick and friendly transaction, so I'd definitely consider this place again for convenience. One weird thing...the parking lot here (shared with Starbucks and some other strip mall neighbors) is weirdly small and cramped. read more

Had a mango passion with energy blast because today was gonna be an early morning! Only one employee but not much line at 7 am! And it's super convenient that they are open so early sometimes Starbucks just doesn't cut it and you want something semi healthy in the am. I haven't been to a planet smoothie in a while but I love that they have a 16 oz now before the smallest was 22 oz!! This is a great smoothie location. They have a very friendly staff and fast service. There are a variety of snack options as well as light under 300 calorie smoothies. You can also purchase a shot of wheat grass or my favorite add super greens to your smoothie it has spinach, kale, red and green chard...super yummy in the lunar lemonade with strawberries. read more

Past couple of months ive been going to different locations and Though the other locations made a good drink none of them have made it to my order. The Hunters Creek location just took the cake! Im pregnant and I love the chocolate elvis. Instead of energy boost I've been swapping out with greens. All locations have just decided to skip over the greens for some reason. I used to love this Planet Smoothie. Before the new owner took over, this was my weekly smoothie store. I would order a Chocolate Elvis and actually taste the peanut butter. Since this new guy took over, the smoothies have been awful. I went in two weeks ago, and ordered my usual Chocolate Elvis. If there was peanut butter in there, it did a good job of hiding. I went back again last week, and ordered my Elvis again, but this time I asked for extra peanut butter (and was charged an extra .75 cents for the "extra"). Again, I could not taste the peanut butter. All I could taste was a bunch of artificial ingredients. They seem to put so much extra crap in their smoothies (they add some type of powder and liquid to them, and I have no idea what the extra stuff is - I'm assuming the "protein or energy blast" is the powder, but I have no idea what that yellowish liquid is). My last visit to this store was my last visit. read more

Today I waited for 15 minutes and the girl behind the counter took the person who came in after me because it was her niece. She didn't speak to me other than to take my order, no thank you at all. When I finally got my smoothie, it was not blended, had huge chunks of ice and it was so thick it was impossible to drink. Very disappointed. read more
