I had such a great experience at this Planned Parenthood. I frequent this location often, and every visit has been consistently positive. The staff here is always kind, professional, and welcoming, I recently had an IUD insertion, and Stacy was absolutely amazing. She walked me through every single step, made sure I understood what was happening, and helped me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. Minerva was also wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Both of them made the experience so much easier and more positive than I expected. read more

For many people, this is one of the only accessible and affordable places to receive essential services. Losing this location wouldn't just be inconvenient. I made a appointment and when that appointment date is was here i had a 2 hour Wait ! of course I notice people that were coming being Seen before I complained to the receptionist what was going on she mentioned 2 more people would be seen before me that they were short staffed unfortunately they only had one provider seeing all appointments but why would they not let me know so I can decide to keep my appointment and wait or reschedule no communication with the patient I also notice another person was waiting 3 hours too I don't know what happened to this place the service was good read more

The most uncomfortable part of this process is the questionnaire about your most recent activities. I always low ball cause it's embarrassing but I didn't have to this visit. The staff here are amazing at what they do. When I talk they listen and that feels good. I'm being heard. I thought I had a cold sore on my junk and was freaking out to say the lease. I rate this location zero. I had an appointment and it took almost two hours to be seen. The staff seemed to be lazy and uncultured. When I asked where the doctor was and how much longer my wait would be, they couldn't tell me anything helpful. They said, if I couldn't sit around and wait for no set amount of time. I could reschedule. I waited two weeks for the appointment, took off work and organized my mother to come for my support. Absolutely no sympathy at all sad and ridiculous. If you have an opportunity to go somewhere else do it! Never have I ever received such poor care at a planned parenthood such a shame 0 stars. read more

This office has a friendly staff from the front desk to the people that checks your vitals and history (Minerva). They are thorough with the questions to make sure they get the right info. This clinic also accepts certain insurance but offers free services if you don't have any! I would suggest making an appointment like what you would usually do, but they also take walk-ins. read more

They offer so much and not just for females, males as well. It's not just the stereotypical view of that one service everyone thinks is the only thing they do here.
