Me and my wife came in here to get her birth control taken out. Had an appointment at 10 am and even got here early. Didn't call her for 40 mins. And when they did they had her sit in another waiting room behind the doors. Absolutely ridiculous, after she was concerned about the the wait she proceeded to ask if anyone was coming. They told her to wait in the room and someone will be there. Then proceeded to wait an additional 45 mins. Then heard laughing in the halls just to tell her there was an emergency... then the lady said the Dr came back from lunch. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to come in for an emergency check up and everyone one was so patient and kind and made me feel supper comfortable in a clinic for the first time in my entire life I don't remember there names but the staff was amazing and very grateful that there here to help and will continue to come here. read more

(idk how to spell it) was very rude immediately and even doing a petty laugh which is weird because I was being nice and asking a simple question as of when the results will come in. Planned Parenthood is essential for all people. Even though I have my own primary physician, I come to Planned Parenthood for reproductive care. All the people who work here are always so kind and caring to all people. In particular, Barbara and Vivian both took the extra step to help me feel comfortable during my visit. Having an appointment doesn't mean anything at this location. I had an appointment at 11:45 they took over an hour to call me in and had me waiting in a second waiting room for 45 mins. Once i was finally called into a room they had me undress and a provider didn't come see me for 50 more minutes. They don't care about efficiency or the patient. This is not my first bad experience with this location so it's safe to say I will never be coming here for care ever again. If you need quick and effective care go to the upland location. read more

This location is easy to access, right off the freeway, and they always have security guards to keep you safe from solicitors! They have two parking lots with plenty of parking. And everyone always wears a mask! Everyone here is professional, and they offer all your needs! Although wait times can get long sometimes, so I suggest coming in early! read more

The workers here are very caring and supportive. My time there there was some rude visitors which I really do not understand because the workers are truly so nice trying to make the experience that you have there as easy as possible. I went in for reproductive care and left with education, trust in the faculty, and overall the best experience given the circumstances. I recommend this place highly. read more

I have been going to planned parenthood Pomona for almost a decade, I come in every 3 months for birth control and routine STI testing and they have always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I am so thankful for PP and their amazing staff, they are very knowledgeable and always answer your questions with no judgement. During my last visit Diana was the worker that helped me and she was very friendly and thorough. The only down side about coming here is the protesters who harass you on the way in and way out, asking "what are you here for?". If this happens to you, it's none of their business and you can ignore them. Although very annoying, I won't let them scare me from taking care of my sexual health and will continue coming here. Wow... I went in for the birth control implant insertion, and removal of my old implant. I was a little nervous, but Barbara N. (NP) made the experience so easy! Barbara was so professional explaining pre and post op care, she listened and addressed all my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable, the and her skills made the procedure was completely painless. Actually all the staff were so professional starting from Francine at the front desk helping me with my insurance, to Diane who assisted Barbara with my procedure. Walk-ins are welcome, but it's better to make an appointment. You wait a lot less time that way. This place is always clean, never crowded and I'm seen quickly. Staff and doctors are friendly, most importantly and thorough. I always feel comfortable coming here, other than the unnecessary jackasses that harass you on the way in. But of course, that isn't PP, I just wish they'd F off and get a job or something. I shouldn't be harassed for taking care of myself. Not everyone who walks through the door is getting an abortion. The security escorted me to and from the building and were very nice. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Oscar did my intake and he did an awesome job putting me at ease. I had never been to planned parenthood before, but they treated me with respect and were very aware of the way I was feeling. I got treated better here than I did at my doctor's office. I went in for abnormal symptoms and for STD checking. Do Not Utilize Pomona Planned Parenthood Unprofessional conduct and incompetent practice. Pomona Planned Parenthood has absolutely no regard or respect for its clienteles time. They completely over book and make absolutely no effort to schedule in any meaningful way. Typical appointments are seen 2.5 to 3 hours after their scheduled appointment time. This place is such a non-judge mental zone. They make you feel comfortable and are really there for you every step of the way. A really nice girl names Jessie assisted me through my process and was such a kind soul. She really took the time to listen to what I had to say and ensured I was comfortable. Although the staff is nice, me and my partner came to see how far along is she and we both wanted to be in the room through the process, but they said only the patient even though she had asked if I can be in there because we want to go through this together, I think that you guys should allow the other partner in moments like this where both want to be there, I'm sad to say that I couldn't be there for here and our baby, because of this rule. read more
