There was no effort to explain what we were seeing, no reassurance, and we weren't offered any ultrasound printouts of our baby at all. The entire visit felt transactional, like he was trying to get us in and out as fast as possible. He also asked me in front of my partner if I had an std in the past. Granted me and my partner share everything with eachother, the doctor doesn't know our dynamic . Typically, doctors ask these questions in private, either on forms or one on one time, to respect patient privacy and reduce embarrassment or discomfort. Pregnancy is an emotional and important time, and bedside manner matters. Unfortunately, this provider comes across as rushed, dismissive, and lacking compassion. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for attentive, patient-centered prenatal care. Safe to say, we are searching for a new doctor. Also, the front desk girl is very rude. After seeing four other OB-GYNs, he was the first to clearly explain my condition and help me easier to weigh the pros and cons. He is extremely patient, listens carefully and takes the time to answer every single question without rushing. Honestly, he's a rare find. I was also surprised and impressed that the clinic accepts credit cards and provides receipts in digital format. It's a very modern and up-to-date practice. They even have a well-designed website where I can view my appointment details and ask simple medical questions online. I delivered in April 2025 and I had a lot of complications throughout my pregnancy because of gallbladder/liver issues. He always made me feel safe and comfortable. Some people complain of wait times due to walk ins but if you were pregnant with a complication wouldn't you be happy your obgyn cares enough to squeeze you in? He has never made me feel rushed or unheard. When my husband would come along he would also answer his questions. Dr phung advocated for me with the hospital and other doctors because of my gallbladder issues he would call labor & delivery and they would be ready to treat me throughout my pregnancy. He even consulted with a surgeon and other specialists to give me their opinions. He even visited me before he would go back to the office or end his day while I had hospital stays. He is very caring and compassionate in what he does. I think some people just take that wrong or they're looking for overly fake/nice bedside manner. I have never felt that his motive was insurance pay. He is the best and extremely experienced! He also did my sons circumcision and it went smoothly with no complications I'm just now leaving this review because I was looking up his number to make an apt & couldn't believe some of the recent reviews.

I came in for a mass, possible polyp that was found in my uterus by my fertility team. This coupled with excessive uterine bleeding for over 20 days. Dr. Cuellar entered the room and explained that he was going straight to the point and started to ramble about the normalcy of what was occurring to me, without actually asking why I was there. He explained and provided a plethora of solutions for problems I did not have. I completed the extensive records review prior to my visit and included photos of the ultrasound I was given, did he review them prior to speaking with me ? No. Didn't care to ask about my history. I have dealt with infertility for over 2 years and have never felt this helpless. He made me feel stupid for showing up. Women out there, you deserve better care and to be heard, actually heard. I adored Dr. Oliver and felt that she was an amazing doctor (performed my c/s) and did an amazing job. I'm currently pregnant and haven't delivered yet with Dr. Pham but so far I'm very happy with the care. She's very attentive and carefully listens to me and my concerns. I do notice that this office is not as "hands on" and more "old school" (they don't do ultrasounds unless you ask compared to other friends of mine in different offices who experience the opposite) but she so far has been wonderful! She ran into the exam room and quickly, as she was trying to walk out of the door, gave single word answers to the questions my wife was asking. I've also been trying to get her office to complete some insurance paperwork since March, and they continue to not fill out the paperwork that I've requested - as such, my insurance hasn't paid and a lab company wants nearly $4,000 for a test that should be covered under my plan. As we were leaving, we found out she is retiring TOMORROW and couldn't be bothered to end her patient relationships she spent so much time building with dignity and professionalism. He is located in the PVMC building 2nd floor (confusing since it says he's in suite 101). The front staff is friendly and the nurse who helped me, Coral (if I remember correctly), was nice as well. Dr. Elsharkawy introduced himself and made the effort to try to get to know me, which I appreciated as a first time patient with him. He has a very calm and friendly demeanor and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam, and was able to do a full well woman visit that day (I thought I was only getting a consult meeting as a first time patient). I don't plan on having any more babies, but I'm sure he'd be great if that's what you need. I found out he's actually a family doctor as well, so I can see him as my primary care physician also! I'm so glad I found him and am happy to have him as my new doctor!

Once you have an appointment you end up sitting in the waiting room for up to two hours sometimes in the actual room for an hour one time I was already there and they called me as I was walking in to tell me that they're two hours behind if I could come back in two hours, meanwhile I had taken the day off work to be there for my appointment and if I knew it wasn't gonna be till later Because originally they said they didn't have any later appointments I wouldn't have needed to take the day off I've tried to schedule a surgical procedure multiple months in a row. Now every time there's an issue of Jackie, not calling you back or the doctor not being available. And if you want to get into payment situations there, it's absolutely ridiculous. They can't bill you correctly. They can't make sure that your payment goes onto your bill. Everything about this place is a joke. I don't understand why anyone continues to go here. Then they moved buildings and no one ever told me I found out about that on a Facebook post that I saw on a local Facebook group . I thought I was the only one with issues at this place until I saw that Facebook post multiple people are having issues with billing and appointments. Then I came to read, yelp reviews and good Lord I'm not the only one that deals with this shit the way they run their business is absolutely ridiculous. They have no regard for their patient's time. And they can't even bill you correctly without it being a headache and take days and days and days of calling and talking to people at the one 800 number on your bill. Then they tell you to call the doctors office. The doctors office tells you to call the one 800 number on the bill and you're just going in circles trying to get your bill paid. Jackie is the absolute worst. She's rude. She never calls you back. She said she would call me to schedule something. I had to call multiple times and she never was in the office never called me back. I never get called back after I have testing done to schedule an appointment to talk over my results. I get prescribed medicine with very little instructions and no monitoring. I need a prescription for something and I called and they said that they won't do anything about it unless I see the doctor even though he's the one who said if I need it call and they will send it in instead I had to go to the emergency room for something that they could've handled over the phone. Needless to say after giving them years and years of benefit of the doubt because they're supposed to be the best at what they do for fertility stuff in the area I'm moving on and cannot go back and They also charged me for my yearly well women visit even though I didn't bring up anything extra. I just let them do the exam and my visit should be free through my insurance, but they charged me a co-pay and charged my insurance as it was a regular visit. I'm so sick of dealing with the issues that I have but then also have to deal with a shitty ass doctors office on top of it
