Planters arrived quickly. First one was complicated to build but he second one went much faster. I think the depth could be more for the planter. Our carrots were deformed because they hit the bottom of the planter. The value was a little high but there was quality in the construction. Our order had a hand water sprayer that broke almost immediately and a new one was sent out but it feels like it may not last very long too. read more

The trellis I ordered took over 3 weeks to ship to me, and then upon arrival it was missing a part. It's been over a MONTH in with waiting for the one missing piece that wasn't in the box. When I finally I got it, it was the INCORRECT part. So now I get to wait for who knows how long again for the correct missing piece to be sent to me. The 2 times I've had to call the customer service line I was on hold for 15 minutes or longer just for someone to answer the phone. For the price of their products they need to get their customer service and correction orders in line. Their marketing will only take them so far if this keeps up. read more

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered $3000 worth of planters boxes. Two came in extremely heavy and poorly packaged boxes. The planter boxes are so heavy that they were handled roughly during delivery, leading to significant damage that necessitates replacement panels for both. The damage is so severe that I can't assemble the planter boxes since the panels are badly dented. Initially, customer service would respond to my emails promptly; however, they stopped responding to follow up emails about more damage found during unpacking. Requests for status updates were also ignored. If you like receiving damaged products and being ignored, then vego garden is the place to order from! read more

I started looking around at different raised beds. Most of the ones I saw were very flimsy. These from.Vego Garden seemed to be a lot better. I've had metal before and these have guards at the top so you don't get cut. Which is a plus. I ordered two from them and later I ordered the . Delivery was great. They put both packages on a bench out front. They are a little heavy and it took a while for me to get them in the house. They are not put together yet, since the weather is still very wet and rainy. I plan to use the two in an arch pattern with cattle panels going over top and the lights will be attached to the raised beds. I just moved and it may take me a minute to get everything settled the way I want. Other than that everything went fine. No major issues. The value of the two raised beds was awesome. Purchased 7 10 in 1 26 inch tall raised beds and a 4.5 foot trellis Which they said would fit the 2.5 ft x6.5 ft configuration. It wouldn't fit, I called them and they agreed that the original counsel and website displayed false information. Our compost is being delivered today and we have all our plants ready to put in. I could fix the trellis easily with 12 longer spacer poles which I asked to be sent to me overnight. They refused and said I could ship trellis back although it's in pieces near the garden to be put together, so I would have to put it all back together in the box, ship it back and they would ship me a new smaller trellis that would fit the raised bed size. Rather than send me one size. 23" poles they are forcing me to assemble , box and ship back the entire trellis after which they will send out a smaller one. I would never recommend this company because costumer service means nothing to them. They could have broken open another kit to get the 12 poles I need, but they'd rather inconvenience me than inconvenience themselves. read more

This greenhouse is absolutely beautiful and easy to assemble per the instructions, but it does take 2-3 people and 2-3 days to complete (longer if you caulk the panels for water seal). Only consideration is the high threshold, which the new models addresses. This model has a 5" threshold to step over. read more

Very good garden beds, I've used them often over the past few years, and find them to be better than the competitors. However, I've had to contact customer service twice in the past two months, and each time they've failed to follow through as promised. Once to cancel an order when the cancel button on the website didn't work, and last week to report some damaged panels (seems they were damaged before getting to FedEx). I got an apology for the failure to cancel via email, but as of now, the panels I was promised would be replaced haven't had the confirmation or tracking number promised. It's been over a week, the link to the freshdesk ticket doesn't work, and Vego stopped responding via email. read more

i like the irrigation system becuz it is very user friendly. I would recommend that you offer separate parts so that those of us who are using your product for other types of garden set ups have the necessary pieces. my set up is in a courtyard and requires more valves than what is supplied in a kit. read more

I ordered the 4 Tier Grow Light Garden Pro. Assembly was fairly easy, though the right side was slightly out of alignment so I had to use a bit of force to get the sides into the top. This also made it impossible to put the top rack in the uppermost position. Chatting with customer service about this, they said it was not designed to be used in the top position. So why did it have shelf supports then? Not a huge issue though, I'll always use the top shelf for the taller plants. The lights are really annoying though. There is an on, off, multiple light durations and intensities, and a 8-hour sleep (per customer service, hold the power button -where did this come from, I did not see it in the instructions!). But...the cycle starts when you press the power button, so not only do you have to time it so that they go on when you want them to (e.g. 5:00 am) - I prefer them to at least somewhat mimic the natural day/night cycle - but you have to press them all at the same time. So, if you add additional lights (which I might if I build an extra shelf, since I can't order just the shelf), I have to plan to power them on all together. Never mind that they're all linked together, the power buttons are separate. There's also no short cycles (I think the shortest is 16 hours), which seems odd. I barely get 16 hours of sun in the summer in Ohio. The longest is 22 hours, which seems a bit long. It's supposed to be for fruit, but I can't imagine what kind of fruit I could grow on this stand - it would have to be pretty short (or I'd have to remove all the shelves). Having purchased 5 of the 10-in-1 outside beds I expected a little better quality though (no complaints about those!). It's actually still a good system and it looks good enough to keep in your main living area, not relegated to the corner of the basement. Similarly priced products from other companies were typically more expensive and didn't look as good. So far all my plants are doing great! Right now, since it's just starting to be winter, all I have are cuttings and a castor bean from seed (which will likely outgrow it's space before spring). read more
