I want to start with saying I will be coming back on here to give an updated review of my results. All in all my experience was an 11/10 I flew from Hawaii to get my procedure done from Dr Gardner, "Dr. G" and his whole team were not just friendly and informative, but also made me feel as if was a personal friend guiding me through the entire process. Karina was not only informative with the clerical aspects of the procedure but I felt as if she went out of her way to make all my accommodations happen! Dr. G marked all my checklist from accommodation my medicine post op (due to the fact that I don't do well with pain meds) as well as just making me feel confident in trusting him to do my procedure!!! Dr. P my anesthesiologist was 10/10 as well. When I woke up post op I HAD ZERO NAUSEA!!! I had high concerns as I generally don't do well with pain meds and have never been under anesthesia prior to my breast augmentation. I would also like to put out that I had NOT ONE BRUISE ON EITHER BREAST POST OP and here I am writing this one week later! I highly recommend PLASTICS MD!!! I have already been spreading the word and will definitely post an update once I am fully healed! In addition to that I also had some Botox done from ivy at Naked MD in the same building!! She too was also so sweet as this was my first time ever getting it done! This place is a one stop shop!!! If you love a great team with great vibes this is definitely the place for all you ladies! I contacted PlasticsMD after seeing their IG promo. It was an easy process and I was scheduled an consult within weeks(that was my choice). I wanted a natural look and that is what I got. Dr. Gardner was my assgined surgeon and he was so caring and explained everything to me. All of the staff here take the time to get to know you and make you comfortable. I am a 34B and opted for 425cc which puts me at 34D/DD. $6500 gets you everything included except labs. Pre surgery consult 6/1/2026 - I had labs drawn and Dr. Gardner went over the surgery plan. It was my first surgery ever, and Dr.G reassured everything would be okay. Surgery 6/20/2026- My surgery was at 0730. I was really nervous, but Dr.Gs staff (Karina and Jane) reassured me. Dr. G did final markings and then the anesthesiologist came to speak to me. Surgery was fast, all I remember was going in and then walking up lol. The OR is in the clinic so it definitely feels like a concierge service. 1 month follow up July 20th, 2026- I am so happy with my results! Everything went as expected. I've had lipo procedure done by him and since it went great and I really liked my results, I went ahead and got (long wanted) breast aug done as well. A little background, I went through the stretched earlobe phase back in middle school (yep, gauges) After I took them out, the holes never fully closed. I had what was supposed to be a ptosis repair /Brow lift procedure here at PlasticsMD recently. I previously had breast augmentation done with an amazing Board Certified Experienced plastic surgeon in San Francisco Many Years ago. It went sooo well, that I naively assumed all plastic surgeons are all the same. I was so so very wrong!! Please be warned and Please please do your own homework before working with any plastic surgeons!! My own personal experience at PlasticsMD was incredibly traumatic, painful, chaotic, rushed n pressured n a nightmare. PlasticsMD concealed anesthesia complications during my surgery that I did not give consent for. I am a petite Asian, weight 95 pounds, and they without consent last minute switched from twilight to intubation anesthesia on me. Coming out of the surgery, I was in massive amount of pain from the intubation complications and the coughing and panic attacks caused the botched my surgery. PlasticsMD since has been concealing + being incredibly shady abt my anesthesia complications. They have not been able to provide or share my patient operative notes, withholding patients records is illegal. I was in massive pain right after the surgery due to anesthesia complications, and absolutely hated the botched brow lift, and now have severe PTSD, an working with my therapist and psychiatrist to treat the trauma. Which led me to call a malpractice and personal injury lawyer. They concealed my anesthesia complications for 6 months!! I am still coughing, n have throat pain n irritation, n had no idea that it was from this botched procedure. Only thru my lawyers I just found out that the Dr's here at PlasticsMD are NOT board certified plastic surgeons!! I was completely misrepresented by PlasticsMD sales rep's to to think that their surgeons were all board certified highly experienced Dr's: NOT true at all. I'm now painfully having to get additional care n treatment from the complications from cosmetic surgery done with a non Board Certified plastic surgeon. Who lacks the experience n skills to safely operate on me, and failed to meet the standard of care to manage the complications from the surgery. After 6 months of pain, I finally have the energy to pursue a medical malpractice for fraud, battery, failed plastic surgery n gross negligence n misrepresentation against Plasticsmd!! I came to PlasticsMD because I was interested in their snatched chin procedure. During my consultation, I was assisted by Jazmine and seen by Dr. Shadi. Dr. Shadi was very thorough in explaining the procedure and the process itself. She was very transparent about the risks and the recovery process. What I appreciated about Dr. Shadi is she kept asking me if I had any questions. It is very clear by both Jazmine and Dr. Shadi that in order to have the best results, compression is needed 24/7 for a minimum of one week. This unfortunately didn't work for me because of my busy work schedule. Jazmine has been my point of contact and helped me with this entire process.
