Being 6 years post op, my updated review is overdue. I'd like to start by saying that the office staff was always very kind. 360 TUMMY TUCK: 7/10 For the most part, I am still very happy with the tummy tuck procedure. I did have a complicated recovery with necrosis of the belly button, but you would not be able to tell now. My scars are alright, I've definitely seen much better... but I tattooed over mine anyway so it didn't matter much to me. However, during the consultation I made it a huge point that there was a part of my lower back that I was very unhappy with. Dr K documented and explained that it would be lipo'd and he would excise it if necessary. I have a scar in the area, but it looks like it wasn't touched AT ALL. Definitely no lipo in the area, just a normal tummy tuck scar, but it doesn't go all the way under the area of concern. So it looks like he left it untouched. When I brought this up at my several post op appointments, he told me to wait a year. After a year, he brushed it off. I am now left with this incredibly awkward small lump right above my butt crack that has left me incredibly insecure. BREAST IMPLANTS AND NIPPLE LIFT: 1/10 I already had breast tissue (about a 36 C) but deflated after weight loss. I really wanted to fill them back up and make them perky again. Because of how deflated they were, I was expecting to get a breast lift, which other surgeons also mentioned to me. During the consultation, Dr K was very adamant that he would NOT do a lift, because I was in my early 20's. His reasoning was that they would need to be redone after I had kids... so I told him that I do not plan to have children. He told me that I might change my mind - which is absolutely NOT for him to decide or even have a say in. He told me he could do a nipple lift on my right side and it would make them look even and perky without the lift. I trusted him. My nipple is now OVAL ladies. OVAL. Completely mismatched. Extremely embarrassing. I also have had rippling, it feels like the implants are underfilled. I can literally crunch the bags and you can see it. When I lay down, they go to the side completely and my chest is flat. When I bend forward, they droop and look absolutely disgusting. I was also very concerned about the left breasts shifting so much to the side when I work out, that it completely deforms and pulls the bag. He told me "you can't work out your chest." This was a YEAR after surgery. He literally said I cannot work out, and that was the answer. Six years later and I have extremely heavy, sagging implants that are weighing my chest down. My nipples fall over the crease of my breast, and it's extremely uncomfortable and they've made me feel so embarrassed. I am now having to save money to get the lift that I should have gotten 6 years ago, and hoping that another doctor can fix my nipple and the underlying damage. I will never get these past 6 years back (and the next few years that I spend saving up.) So I hope this saves someone else. read more

I left feeling like the doctor had already made assumptions about me before taking the time to understand my concerns. I had work done with Dr. K back in 2021. Tummy tuck, Lipo 360 & bbl. And while the tummy tuck was great. He left 1 butt cheek bigger than the other. 1 has more of a cuff than the other and he didn't take enough fat out of my stomach, leaving so much that the top of my stomach looks like a hernia while the bottom is flat, not to mention, he only lipo'd 1 bra roll, not the other. When I addressed the concern, he blew me off. He was sweet when he was obtaining money off me, after that, he was a complete ahole. I couldn't reach him after that. The receptionist was the one who removed my drains. I wrote a bad review and then I finally heard from him. He said it I changed my review, he would make it right. He never did. 4 years later I'm trying to put money aside to do a revision elsewhere. After paying $18,000 to Dr. K....Dont do your work with Dr. k, he clearly has an issue with leveling out the fat and removal of fat, your body will look asymmetrical. Botched By Kalentarian!!! Kalentarian violated my body. He performed a public lift without my consent & permanently disfigured me. He promised a low incision line below my c section which was already low only to do it across my abdomen and extend it to my back with an ugly & scar plus a crocked belly button. I will forever have physical, emotional, & psychological trauma due to his gross negligence. I hope it helps another woman from not getting botched By Kalantarian like I did with a horrible tummy tuck. When I sit down to urine it squirt out of the toilet seat onto my feet and floor because of how he lifted & positioned my pubic / vagina, again without my consent. The pain level after abdominalplasty was 10/10 he did not administer EXPAREL a standard of care long lasting numbing medication for patient comfort. This was excruciating I felt everything which could have been avoided. I had many complications, including emergency room visits where Morphine had to be administered for pain & antibiotic as I was developing an infection that could have easily turned into Septic shock. I was given an antibiotic for MRSA at the hospital due to an infection I contacted from the surgery. You will experience Gaslighting during post op visits. When I asked him why would he Botched me he would just stay quit & dismiss me not offering an answer nor a solution. My post op visits were the worst he had to do syringe aspiration of pocket of fluid that would collect in my body its a huge needle & he would not numb the area it was torture. The drains he inserted never worked. Please, please, please I beg you do not trust your body or face to Behoorz Kalantarian you will regret it & the damage will be irreversible. He has no integrity. He will lie to you, promise you what you want to hear only to collect your money & once the damage is done you will forever regret it. Save yourself I went through it so you don't have to! Good experience getting bbl with Dr K and a second liposuction 360 after that . I was 218 lbs all other doctors discriminated against me and would not perform surgery on me told me it's visceral fat that can be only lost by losing lots of weight which I couldn't do on my own . I had my surgery on June 3rd. I'm almost at 100% recovered, the stitches have not fully dissolved but little by little they're getting there. Dr. K offered to remove them but I chose to let them dissolve on their own. Dr. K is amazing, he responded to all my questions before and after the procedure and I feel extremely happy with the results. One of my main concerns was the nausea and even vomiting post surgery I had experienced after a surgery last year in a hospital with a different medical team. After telling this to Dr. Choan (anesthesiologist) he said that he would make sure I didn't experience any of that and he indeed did a fantastic job because I had no nausea at all after the procedure. Went in for a breast augmentation. The day of surgery we were going over sizes one last time (Saline implants) and this Dr had the nerve to say I was being difficult right before going into surgery. I was speechless! He ended up under-disecting a breast pocket so now one of my breast sits higher than the other. It is most obvious when I flex my pectoral muscles as you can see the implant move upwards. When I mentioned this to him he tried to cover it up and made it seem like the problem was my areolas being assymetrical. Total BS. I went in for a consultation with another surgeon post surgery and he confirmed that the pocket was indeed not widened enough and therefore did not allow the breast to fully drop.
