I originally had small, symmetrical, slightly saggy breasts. After surgery, I was left with: -Uneven breasts (one visibly larger than the other) -Nipples pointing in different directions -Immediate infection around nipples that healed horribly- left scars -Continued sagging I walked out more insecure than before. Now, years later, I have to undergo a costly revision with a board-certified plastic surgeon. The damage is so extensive that the revision will cost triple what my original surgery cost. To make matters worse, when my new surgeon requested Dr. Miller's operative report, it was vague and unusable as a surgical blueprint. Important note: Dr. Miller is not a board-certified plastic surgeon -- he is only certified in general surgery. If you value your mental and physical health, do not make the mistake I did. I went in for awake chin liposuction. He did a deliberate botch surgery ...never wanting anyone to go on my face...predatory battery in order to try to sell the facelift they kept pushing when I said no, and none of the records say it was discussed except their quote written by his wife's instruction to give to me "a deal if done on the same day". He made the jowels look bigger, and uneven fat removal, and fat separation up to the cheeks and indentations on my jawline. This also caused nerve damage so I can't smile normally still after 3 months my mouth cramps up randomly, eat with biting my lip, etc...have to do physical therapy. He refused to refer me or admit to what everyone else sees. He said it will be 8 weeks to get my mouth back..more lies. In post op he tried lying and argued he didn't go on my face and said "it would be dangerous", said it is referred pain and numbness... I said I have photos of Canula marks and a big lump on my face above my jawbone. He then lied and said "he meant he didn't go up to the cheek". He falsified medical records saying I had no complaints and my mouth works fine in post op. Zero consultation records. He didn't even include the perscribed Rx he gave me or OTC Rx to take home in his records! He contradicted his own aftercare instructions in capital letters. He didn't give me compression for what i went in for, and when asked, shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know. After surgery I had to text the question again, and ask about icing and exercise because he was too busy to talk to me after surgery. Gave no instructions in text either! Plus his negligence of my medical needs caused an Adams Apple because he "was too busy at his other office". A saroma, as stated in paperwork, should have been expressed, and he admitted he does sometimes but never asked me to go in to get it evaluated after several texts begging. So it hardened. He told me to get (long and painful) professional lymphatic massages to fix it...doesn't work. That drastically loosened my neck skin. other surgeons say I will get my smile back after a year 90% and only a facelift will help or filler is ongoing forever. Just a few days after post op he posted a long novel choreographed video with staff saying "this is what plastic surgeons do"... he's not even a plastic surgeon! He is a gynocologist! He false advertised good after 1 week, but texted me the big black sutures fall out after 2-3 weeks. In post op texts he said it will be 8 weeks to 6 months to be healed!! also tried selling tightening when the smart lipo says it tightens without anything else. He admitted in post-op he deliberately scraped my jaw bone 5-10 times on the one side (where they took thier illegal promotional video during surgery-i opted out of any pics or videos, and he put his logo on my pics!) he told me to try to move fat from the other side to the scraped side to fix it now. ..didn't offer to fix anything, even at a reduced rate like his paperwork says. He also ignored my anesthesia needs, and others have reviewed he's done that to them as well. he lied his numbing is stronger than the dentist, but his records show its just lidocane (the same), saline and a vasoconstrictor...so I felt the canula jabbing me the entire time for an hour. I told the nurse (his wife) that would happen unless they get septocane...the doctor lied in pre-op his "is stronger than the dentist". He admitted in post op the face muscles caused my mouth to be so bad and if he would have only done the neck this wouldn't be happening. Well since I'm in customer service and smiling and talking is everything to me, He will be sued and reported to the medical board if not settled ASAP! There was also a major communication breakdown regarding my actual procedures; I woke up to find fat had been transferred to my lips, which was never a part of the treatment plan I agreed to. During follow-up calls, the doctor downplayed my results, telling me my stomach "is not even that bad" and demanding "respect" when I questioned the unauthorized lip procedure. The upper eyes were deformed and destroyed, and the chin was in the shape of pointy downward. Christina Chen, Abram's staff member and translator, recommended that I choose Gore-Tex chin implant. Although the price is three times more expensive than silicone, the benefits are obviously more than silicone. I paid and chose Gore-Tex. I spoke with Abram Nguyen and Christina: I wanted my chin to be natural and not big. Three months after the surgery, I discovered that my chin was crooked, curved downward, pointed from the front, discontinuous and too large from the side. I contacted Christina but she said it was a hematoma and told me to wait another year for the hematoma to completely go away. I waited another year and my chin still looked the same. Christina said that the Gore-Tex chin looks like this when it is first made, but as it grows with the soft tissue, the chin will get smaller and smaller, so you should wait another year. Over the next few years, she cheated on me in various ways. I had symptoms such as toothache, jaw pain, and red chin skin. Other doctors confirmed that I was deceived and got a silicone chin. Abram Nguyen admitted he put in silicone, not Gore-Tex。 They set a trap to deceive me by taking advantage of the fact that I lived out of state and was not fluent in English. My upper eyelid procedure was done badly as well. Abram Nguyen removed fat from my eyelids without my permission. The width of fat loss in the right eyelid is 7mm, and that in the left eyelid is 6mm. The eyes are sunken and the tail of the eye drops down. The right eye is parallel and the left eye is triangular and asymmetrical. The scars on the eyelids are very rough, and there are wrinkles on the eyelids after a large amount of eyelid fat was removed. The eyes looked smaller than before. sunken, wrinkled little eyes make me look thirty years older. The pointed, droopy chin resembles a witch's chin. I hoped that another doctor could repair my eyes, but the answer was that they couldn't because too much fat was removed. People looked at me with surprise and fear. Some people told me outright that my face was ruined. My life was ruined and I was in constant depression. I have been reluctant to go out for so many years. Staff Christina Chen introduced that Abram Nguyen graduated from a top medical university in the United States and said that I must completely trust their beauty technology and services.
