I do think I may have been disappointed had I not doubled the chicken, but that's only because the overall portion was big, and there may not have been enough chicken to "balance" the other elements of the dish. My only criticism is this... (And it's significant) I ordered medium spice level, as I like a little "kick"...and these dishes were so hot that they were nearly unbearable to eat!
