As another reviewer said, a hidden gem indeed. There is only one person who currently works here. I am guessing he is an/the owner or a manager. The location doesn't have breakfast food like the other but it is still a nice location. The place is a bit hard to find as they are not allowed to advertise outside. You have to enter the building and look around on the first floor. From the main entrance, go straight and then make a right. It will be on your left. (This also implies that this place will be super quiet if that is what you want.) I wouldn't normally look for a coffee shop or such in a medical building as a person could feel out of place. But a TooGoodToGo order took me here. Naturally, people who work in the building stop here and random hotel guests in the area as well. Not a lot of foot traffic and free wi-fi! A great quiet place to work if the hours work out for you. I have to work until 6 so until 3 pm would not be ideal for me unfortunately. I also decided to get the Velvet Shakerato special because I always want a different item I can't really get elsewhere. I couldn't take it out and had to drink on-site but I cared more about trying the drink than the convenience. The coffee staffer rarely gets to make that special apparently. It has (thanks Instagram!!) espresso, vanilla, brown sugar, cream (cream helps a lot), and some Hersheys chocolate grated at the end. I didn't taste any "bitters" so either it was covered by the other ingredients or more likely a Hersheys chocolate bar replaced the chocolate bitters. I also poignantly noticed the employee didn't want to use chocolate that fell out onto the counter. Even though I didn't feel the counter was dirty and don't really think of these things too much, it was nice of him to be extra considerate. He might've had to throw those chocolate pieces away but I would have gladly not wanted them to go to waste. But I am not most people and not everyone would want to do TooGoodToGo either. What looks like a lemon pastry is actually a ham and cheese pastry. I got surprised. Still good! No allergies here thankfully!! Also, if you're doing TooGoodToGo, better to order the night before as it may sell out. Pick up time is between 8 AM - 1 PM (awesome options, subject to change). Planning can be important for this kind of thing.

I've tried Top Hat Coffee Lounge by the UPenn campus, but I'm glad I discovered this new location! It's definitely hidden within a plaza and is situated within the walkway as you exit Saks Fifth Avenue. While the space is small, there is still plenty to order in terms of drinks and several pastries as well. The staff greeted us with a very warm welcome and was patient while we decided on our drinks. My friend and I both ordered oat matcha lattes, which were delicious and tasted like high-quality matcha as we were told :) The added perk is that he did not charge us for substituting our milk with oat milk, so thank you for that!

This hidden gem is a great place to stop for coffee and a quick bite. A short 10 min walk from the Philadelphia Amtrak station its the perfect place to rest before or after travel or spend a few hours working. I had the chai latte which was delicious and paired with one of their speciality waffles. I will say that this was a bit of a sugar overload but they were worth it! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Great variety of drink offerings - coffee, matcha, and smoothies! I got an iced dirty chai that was so good! Not a super spicy chai, but a good amount of cinnamon. They also have a handful of pastries to choose from. Entrance is inside the building near Saks

Drinks are wonderful. The pastries are even better. I wish I knew where they got them from. Very light and very tasty.

You step inside seeing one half is a living room sit down area, then the other half is both charming, quaint coffee house mixed with an open view of the roasting operation. When entering, I came during a slow period before the rush came shortly thereafter around 9:30am. Not only were staff friendly with me during the slow time, knowledgeable to point me in the direction for coffee, and efficient making the coffee; they were equally the same energy when it became busy. I had both the cold brew (black) and the pictured: Fruit Loop Latte - both were good in their own right and can't go wrong. I'd definitely recommend Little Goat Coffee to all would be travelers and locals alike. Locals pointed me here, so I'll continue to spread the good word and point others here too.

Close enough to route 95 to stop in. There is also a main street with restaurants and shops.

The Salted Caramel Brûlée coffee was deep'n'rich. Both the OG and fried chicken bánh mì were satisfyingly crisp on the outside and flavorful on the inside. And the Mala fries stayed crispy longer than any loaded fries I've ever had, with a satisfying hint of heat--fried eggs make everything better! It ended up taking about 45 minutes just to place our order, although the drinks themselves came out in around 10 minutes once we ordered. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the egg foam coffee, which was the item I was most excited to try. Instead, I ordered the Salted Brûlée Cà Phê, and it was excellent. The coffee was rich, flavorful, and tasted like a truly authentic Vietnamese iced coffee. Easily one of the better cà phê drinks I've had. The interior is beautifully designed with plenty of seating, and it seemed like a great place to hang out and catch up with friends. We would have stayed longer, but the wait took up most of our available time. Their snack menu also looked really unique, and I'd love to come back to try some of those items. A couple downsides: parking was a challenge since it's mostly street parking, and the location is a bit out of the way from Center City. It's not the easiest place to get to unless you're driving. Overall, the drinks were very good and the space was welcoming, but I don't think the experience was worth a nearly hour-long wait. I'd definitely consider coming back once the hype settles down a bit, because the coffee itself was worth trying.

I don't think I've ever visited an an hour where I've seen it not. Often a line going from the counter, down the stairs, all the way to the bathroom. If you're looking for a quick coffee stop, don't expect to be in and out of here. That being said, they've got some kinds of seating not typical of coffee shops, including this nice long U-shaped couch seating. You'll be around with other folks reading or enjoying their joe, but it's a nice change of pace. Working-wise, wi-fi is solid. Outlets are sparse. Hard to stay a long time here. Music is at least at a tolerable level to tune out and is not usually too bumping. Staff here are quick, but won't be the friendliest. They won't be rude either. They're just trying to get through the line so don't take it personally Overall: would much prefer other places like Capital One Cafe for the reasons I visit cafes, but I can see this being a nice place for other more leisurely-natured visits!
