I also had an outlet nearby ready, but didn't end up having to use it today. Coffee is great too! You step inside seeing one half is a living room sit down area, then the other half is both charming, quaint coffee house mixed with an open view of the roasting operation. When entering, I came during a slow period before the rush came shortly thereafter around 9:30am. Not only were staff friendly with me during the slow time, knowledgeable to point me in the direction for coffee, and efficient making the coffee; they were equally the same energy when it became busy. I had both the cold brew (black) and the pictured: Fruit Loop Latte - both were good in their own right and can't go wrong. The coffee was rich, flavorful, and tasted like a truly authentic Vietnamese iced coffee. Easily one of the better cà phê drinks I've had. We would have stayed longer, but the wait took up most of our available time. Their snack menu also looked really unique, and I'd love to come back to try some of those items. If you're looking for a quick coffee stop, don't expect to be in and out of here. You'll be around with other folks reading or enjoying their joe, but it's a nice change of pace. Working-wise, wi-fi is solid. Outlets are sparse. Hard to stay a long time here.
