From the very beginning, Ana was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain the process and what options were available to me. Shortly after, Luis, the owner, personally called me. He was straightforward, honest, and didn't try to sell me on anything. He simply explained the situation, gave me realistic expectations, and even shared valuable advice on how to handle insurance claims in the future. After a complete teardown and inspection, Doug's Auto Body determined the vehicle was actually repairable. As a result, GEICO had to reverse the total loss determination and stop the salvage title process.
