Received an email stating we were done paying on our rent to own equipment and continued to bill us and call us even after we explained we do not owe any more money. Also they continued to send out parts covered or uncovered by insurance. Every part we got was either the incorrect brand or size. Always had to send something back and do without needed equipment until the resent it delivered the right part. Please avoid them at all cost. Their shipping is timely, and the supplies arrive in good condition (they always pack pretty well). If we're late in calling in our order, the automated system calls us with a reminder--SUPER helpful if we're dealing with her health issues/life in general/etc. and lose track of the date. Very rarely have they ever had an item "out of stock" but when they do, I will say this: Apria tries very hard to find an immediate remedy. For instance, there have been two or three times where Apria couldn't fill our entire monthly order of KetoCal in a single swoop, so they sent as much as they had to offer and then made some magic happen so the rest arrived before our daughter ran out of her central food source (she's NPO, so KetoCal is her lifeline). They get that things like this are kind of a big deal and the reps are usually pretty helpful, although I'm not entirely sure why or how this sort of shortage thing happens. I mean...this is the crux of your company. But I digress... The final bonus of Apria? We tend to only order what we need for a given month (otherwise we'd be able to fill up *at least* a football stadium with 60's, I kid you not) and the reps ALWAYS repeat our order back to us before hanging up. That's a huge plus since I'm pretty obsessive about what our daughter has and what she needs. What can I say? I like to organize. :) All in all, Apria is a winner in our book. :)

Hannah was an absolute delight: knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely personable. I was also really impressed with the technology Dr. Sayed uses. They take detailed images of your eyeball so you can actually see what's going on, which was incredibly reassuring for me after having an eye issue a few years ago. Being able to visually confirm that everything looks good gave me real peace of mind. Dr. Sayed herself was funny, knowledgeable, and made me feel good about being there and taking care of myself. The entire visit was smooth, and I was in and out in under an hour. I would absolutely recommend her.
