(I opted for them to pick up) They explained all the cleaning services they offer (for rugs)- adding a protector product (better than scotch guard) and super cleaning any pet odors. They picked up my living room rug in mid-December, brought it back Dec. 22 (2022). Then they took my bedroom area rug to be cleaned.
