Talked to Sonny on the phone and set up the payment, got a confirmation email and then another one after I sent over the itinerary for Napa/Yountville. Definitely recommend only doing 2/3 wine tasting places and calling/website reservations for those places ahead of time! We were running late as ladies do and Mandy our driver even reached out to the next winery to let them know for us. Such a gem!! She put up with our loud music and shenanigans. We usually hire out an SUV but next time I would love to try a limo as they have many different options. Horrible!! This company will take your money and refuse to give it back. Avoid at all costs. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We booked six hours through Groupon. Communication was very awful before picking up- no one confirmed who our driver is so I called morning of and Sonny said "I guess I can be your driver." He was supposed to arrive at 930am but texted at 915am saying he would be THREE HOURS late. How horrible! We were fortunate to get Uber's to most of the wineries until he showed. We used the limo service for three hours and said he would provide refund. I expected at least half a refund, since he only provided half of the hours we paid for. He refunded $100! Not even 25% of the total. He said "well I told you I could drive you around for 3 more hours" when it was end of day and we had nowhere we needed to go. He lied to Groupon and said he provided the service when he only provided half. I am escalating this to Better Business Bureau in hopes that this company doesn't ruin anyone else's birthday surprise. read more

I booked a wine tour for Lodi. I spoke with Sonny several times on the phone. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. He assured me that all my request would be taken care of. I explained to him that we would be celebrating my daughter"s birthday. When the car arrived and yes it was on time it had balloons and some birthday memorabilia. FIRST, I am a picky lady. So if you book anything in this Napa world... BOOK THIS COMPANY. I was last minute planning my best friends birthday (per usual) messaged a million different companies. The ONLY company that was understanding of me being late was this one. They totally understood people like me. I also booked this company almost 100% on a flight too! Which shows a lot about how easy it was. After confirming with them I called/email them about 45 times making sure they had the wineries we wanted. Sorry, again, for being such a sassy/bossy/picky lady. They had the itinerary set and even gave us suggestions over the phone. Life got a million times better when CARLOS arrived! My main man calls me 30 mins before to let us know he's on his way.. which is perfect cuz we're girls. He shows up ( we're still late lol) and he knew our itinerary... told us which route we should take to achieve all of these. I told him to stop at places on the way that us girls like us would like... and boy did he blow our minds! Carlos took us to the best wineries! Even calling ahead so we get the VIP treatment. He was so attentive to our needs, even when we got hangry he took us to the best restaurant. Every time there was a photo op, or saw us taking pics he offered and took a million pictures. ( you know girls love that ) he played into all our drunk antics... like us making a music video in the park lot or taking the most ridiculous pictures. If you request anyone on this trip... PICK CARLOS. He deserves it. We love you Carlos!!! I'm so lucky to found this company and Carlos. I try to do a Napa trip once or twice a year and will forever use Carlos and this company. Our Driver Carlos was an excellent driver/ host. He was prompt, on-time, and upfront. He has been doing this for a long time and we had a great experience with the company. From the booking to the actual experience, everything was excellent from A-Z. We started the day at 10:30 and had one appointment at 1PM. We started our journey focused on bottle shock's Chateau Montelena. Carlos got us here quickly despite there being traffic. We were running behind for our appointment, so Carlos offered to call the winery and get it reschedule. We then went to the next winery Freemark Abbey, then Heitz and then Peju (which he highly recommended). All the wineries were fantastic and we ended up having a great wine tasting experience ( especially the winery Peju, which we didn't consider. After tasting 4 different winery Carlos got us home safe and sound in a relaxing drive. Thank you for the excellent service Carlos and AK limos. read more

Had a great experience with these guys last Saturday night. Hired them to take my 16 year old daughter and 3 friends from dinner to prom and from prom back home after. The girls really liked Carlos the driver as a person and said he had bottled waters, was available to come get them to leave early, and waited outside the vehicle to make sure they were safely inside the house before leaving. He was also communicating with me by text or phone if I wanted. It was a luxury SUV that we used like a town car service. Destination to destination not limo for the night and they still gave us great service at what I felt was a great deal. Pricing had gratuity included so you knew ahead of time what the expectations were and it was all taken care of ahead of time so no need to deal with it while on the adventure. There was nothing more we could have asked for. We rented the Sprinter and our driver was extremely accommodating. We extended hours at the last minute both days and never had a planned itinerary. We was there when we were ready to leave and took us wherever we wanted to go. He was professionally dressed and the van was pristine.
