I've been coming here for 3 years now and I LOVE IT! I always come here to do my pedi and it's the best spot to do so. The ladies that work here are amazing, Lee is my girl and she always do a great job. The salon is always looking clean and neat, and it does not smell like a nail salon, which I love because I'm not a fan of that. Prices are reasonable for the great job they do. I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff is SUPER friendly and sweet. I came here once to get my old acrylics removed before going scalloping, and she was super quick and efficient. It didn't hurt and my nails looked great afterwards. Today I decided to do a pedicure with regular polish and a full set of french acrylics. They did my nails and toes at the same time, it was extremely relaxing and very quick! I was very impressed. Not to mention the salon is so cute! Kim.... what can I say. She is awesome. First I would like to thank them for taking me as a walk in today. It was busy and they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a Mani/Pedi. I'm going on vacation and wanted to treat myself. I'm in love with the outcome. This comes from someone who does not do the long nail thing. The Pedi was first. So relaxing in the massage chair. Kim massaged my feet and legs. She did a great job on my toes. They were a hot mess going in. Lol. The end result is amazing. The next time I will get the water hotter for sure. Kim did my acrylic nails. I don't know much about the different types of nails. I just stuck with what I knew. I'm sure as time goes on I'll try something different. But for now I got what I got. The Classic Pedicure and Acrylic Nails came out to $55. Not bad I guess. I'm more about the quality and the service. And Kim along with the ladies at Platinum Nails met my expectations and they now have a customer for life. I won't be salon hopping any more. 12/15/19: second time around is definitely a charm. I went back for a fill on my nails and a pedicure. It's Christmas time y'all. Had to get my Red Poppin!!! I did not see Kim this trip. But I had two ladies that are just as amazing. I can honestly say that Everyone at this establishment are able to willing to take care of you and they do a great job. I really love the atmosphere. It's really nice inside. After reading through reviews and seeing 5 star after 5 star review, I decided to give this place a try. I was greeted by a friendly lady who immediately accommodated me. I was a little apprehensive at first because I saw that this salon was marked pricier than many others. I asked for a mani pedi with regular polish. What I received was a full spa treatment! I mean, a basic pedicure is pretty consistent everywhere you go, but the nail technician here really took the time to do good work and go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and relaxed - all without taking too much time, if that makes sense. Both ladies worked on my hands and feet at the same time, which was awesome because it cut down on time and they did a great job! I have worn acrylics for about 12 to 13 years. I've grown to be a little particular about nail salons. I love having an attentive, delightful person working with me, and Le (Lee? Sorry, I'm unsure how to spell her name properly, I didn't ask) was exactly that. She was transparent about timing, very open about any limitations (not that there really were any, just if I wanted heavily designed nails, it would be best to provide a picture, and the shape I wanted might be a bit tricky because I also wanted short nails), and she was an absolute peach to talk to! The salon itself is clean, open, and beautifully designed. AND THERE IS NO NAIL SALON SMELL?!?!! It's mind-boggling! Not only did she do a remarkable job, but she was so warm and welcoming, I can't wait to go back. I live almost an hour away, but I now refuse to go anywhere else. I mean, these are PERFECT! If I could give this business a negative star I would. Lee did my Dip manicure. I ask for coffin shape she filed them so close to my nail bed my fingers are in pain. Tonight one day after getting them done The dip has come completely off one of my nails.I also got a pedicure which was very nice but the polish was on my toes for an hour and would not dry. I get Almost home and I take the spacers off my toes to find red nail polish All over my hands. When I went back to get them fixed Lee tried to blame me for the mess up. I told her the polish had been on for over an hour and she told me there was no way it took her that long to do my nails (I had my pedi done before my nails). Then she said "you must have put on closed in shoes". This could be why on a Saturday they had maybe 4 guest within a 2 1/2 hour period. read more

I would have liked to give more stars as I was impressed with how clean the place is however paying $245 for 2 pedicures and 2 full sets is out of control. We asked how much for a full set before we even sat down. We were told $45, I repeated it a few times to make sure. 1 pedicure was supposed to be $25 and 1 $35. My math says $150. All sorts of charges were tacked on. The shape my daughter got on her nails was extra. The gel polish on my toes was $25 extra. I have never paid so much. A great experience was completely ruined and to top it off my finger is cut. I didn't realize until hours later. I thought my skin was just stuck to the nail. We are going on a 7 day cruise holy salt water in an open cut. I am very disappointed in the price game they play. read more
