I started calling electricians, and Mr. Electric was the first to call me back. When they arrived, I was given possible estimates of the cost of repair and/or replacement. The light was up quite high, requiring a very tall ladder. When he first touched the top to see if the optic part was damaged, he got a shock, and realized there was a live wire. Fortunately, he was okay, so they found the circuit breaker and shut off the current to that light. They found the electric eye had come off and felt there was no way the roofers could have missed that. Instead of having to replace the light, he said he was able to fix it after going to get a part. With the assistant going up with a drill to attach the part that was dangling he was able to replace the missing part. Works beautiful and I could not be happier with the way they conducted their business and how quickly they came to make the repair.
