I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. He sent us an invoice very soon after he visited our home. His pricing was very reasonable and he was flexible with timing and payment. We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. From…read moreupdating, maintaining and servicing 3 fireplaces in a historic home to helping us vent our kitchen stove in our hearth the entire team from quoting to scheduling to actual work has been wonderful to work with. The first thing I noticed right away is they actually answer their phone when they call so that was already a plus for me. I was able to schedule an estimate quickly and get someone out to help us address our main issue which was our kitchen not venting correctly, in addition to a fireplace that we would soon need because of the cold Detroit winter. As a new homeowner, we did want to make sure that the fireplaces were in good working condition before we actually started using them so we requested a estimate on what the service and maintenance could potentially be for the fireplaces that we had in our house and any recommendations that they would have. The process was very straightforward. They easily walked us through the quote and what was needed and why, in addition to what the current condition of the fireplace was in to what would need to be done and how it would fix the problem as well as what comes after the service what could be expected what they would be able to help us with should we come across any hiccups after the fireplace maintenance and what warranties came with the products that we purchased. We purchased dampers some gas fire logs, and had our fireplaces updated so that we could use them last winter. From there coming this winter, we assumed that we would have to have the fireplaces serviced again because it was a new year, though we only had a handful of fires in the living room fireplace they scheduled the appointment. They were prompt and scheduling, as well as coming out for service and transparent enough to say we haven't used our fireplace enough to fully warrant a cleaning. This was refreshing to see this type of honesty from a contractor. Then we ended up having an issue with the smoke coming into our house on our serviced fireplace. They were able to address solve an analyze, the reasons why the smoke was coming in to our living room, though everything looked up-to-date and ready to go. It was next level problem-solving skills that they would rarely run across because of the unique fireplace that we had in our Historic house. It was very appreciated that they did not just give up and ask us to spend a gazillion dollars to throw money at a problem.
