Rebekah is the best, her classes are great (and she has the best playlists)! I haven't used the tennis, pickleball, basketball, or rock climbing wall so I can't speak on those but they look wonderful. The best thing about this place is how clean it is! The whole place is filled with staff members that are always cleaning and folding towels but are very helpful and polite if you have a question. The price tag isn't fun for anyone, but as long as you use the facilities and take classes (there is one for everyone!) it's totally worth it in my opinion.

They desperately need to divide memberships between people who are using the daycare and all these…read morenonsense things like "easter helicopter egg drop" and adults who are coming there to work out. Classes are mostly just the obnoxious group fitness on the overly-lit fitness floor. Good luck finding a yoga class F-S. Those are all at Plano. My chronic back pain is gone. I can handle road trips again without being immobilized with back pain upon arrival. My wife and I are Club4 members and have been for about nine months, and although McKinney is our…read more"home gym", this location has seen some fill-in duty from both of us over the past few months, most recently when the McKinney location had a power issue and couldn't take members. It's a big, well lit, still-has-that-new-smell kind of place, with tons of new equipment and nary an out-of-order sign to be seen on our most recent visit. We only briefly interacted with the staff, and they were friendly and greeted us warmly. I briefly darted into the locker area to use the men's room, it was clean and well stocked. As for the equipment, I'm all about the "put on the headphones and hit the pin-loaded weight machines", and that's what I did. This gym has a couple of machines that our usual one doesn't, so that was a nice change of pace. If there's a downside, there's only one pec fly/deltoid machine, and since it does two exercises, it's always in high demand, and I had to wait for two others to do their reps. The McKinney location has two of these, and there's often still a wait. We also hit the ellipticals for a few minutes to warm up, and they were super clean and new as well. As always, we closed out our workout with the Hydromassage, and even with four chairs, there was a brief wait, but no biggie. Bottom line, this is a super clean, well lit, well managed gym with no judgment and plenty of options for your workout.

I was also charged late fees even though my bank account information was accurate. I tried to discuss these billing issues and resolve them professionally, but unfortunately, my interactions with the staff were frustrating. Instead of being helpful and working with me to investigate the charges, I found the people I dealt with to be unfriendly, dismissive, and rude. Billing disputes happen, but what matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. In my experience, Club4 Fitness failed to provide clear explanations or satisfactory evidence for the disputed charges and did not handle my concerns with the level of professionalism and customer service I expected. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Club4 Fitness. I strongly encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review their statements and monitor all charges and fees.

I was met with defensiveness stating I am asking many questions and customers usually don't ask that many. Then started debating with me saying do I question my doctor? After this interaction, I was shocked. I told him I will no longer be moving forward, he then disconnected the call. As the business owner this is how he conducted himself. The facility itself may be fine, but in my experience, I felt argued with and not respected as a potential client because I asked questions. Glad I found out the culture here before signing up.
