I was more than happy to take that help. Lees' is HUGH! And I mean that in a very good way. Off the bat I noticed how clean and really organized all the inventory is. And so well lit as you can see from my photos. All I needed was bird seed. I buy it in big bags because my birds are like turkeys. They gobble it up. Neighbors had told me about Lees' and said they carried quality animal products and the prices were reasonable. After perusing lottsa bird feed choices... I chose one I wanted to try. A mixture of sunflower chips and nyjer. I have not seen it sold anywhere else... btw. Finches LOVE this stuff. Early Christmas for my birdies!:). We have been through a lot in the last week. We purchased a water heater through Lowes in Folsom all to install it and find out that it did not work. Lowes refused to return the unit even though their return policy is clear. After how horribly we were treated by so many different Lowes employees we were left in a bind. No one had water heaters and we lost our installer because he had other jobs. Two small children were bathed in cold water because Lowes refused the return and refused to exchange the defective water heater. We got lucky that Ferguson happened to have a water heater! When we got there we were informed it was dented. We were automatically offered a discount because of its condition. When we unboxed it later that night unfortunately it was damaged in four other spots as well. Bummed! Overwhelmed! But the man that helped us went above and beyond! He ordered us a new one and even though we have to wait it's just the actual genuine concern from them that really matters! They didn't second guess returning it either like Lowes! So I would hope this reaches someone above to see that in this day and age compassion and integrity still go a long way!
