I have been pleased with the care he and his Staff have provided me. They are out of the way for me, but I really appreciate the relationship I have established with my Doctor and Staff; so I make the drive. It is reasonably easy to get an appointment. Parking is convenient. They work with various insurance carriers. They take credit cards. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable.

He never forgets what holiday is coming up, and after my app. before he leaves the room he always tells me hope you have a great (Thanksgiving) or what ever the holiday maybe. So I had to have a follow-up and found out he was needed at one of the other facilities. And then I was told he was in the hospital , So please pray for Dr. Franson , as soon as I got back from my Dr.s app. that day I called and had him put on the prayer list. And that day I seen the ARNP Eddah Knyua and she is awesome also, so I fill very blessed to have found great health care providers. And the staff is awesome also, so sweet, kind, and helpful you can't ask for better than that.

If there was a negative rating she would get that. She did not tell me that my referral was good for the orthopaedic for 3 visits. Instead she kept telling me I had to make an appointment in the office for a referral. I have been suffering with the same knee pain for 8 weeks. Went there on Monday December 17th for a referral. Came out of there with no referral and a shot in my knee that made my pain worse. I called her the following day for my referral and she told me I need to see the doctor who's only in on Mondays. She then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have an HMO. She refused to tell me which Island Doctor's office he was in. I then asked her to contact him and she said it doesn't work that way. She's rude and speaks to you like you're beneath her. Stay clear from that office. She did tell me she has been there years. Maybe it's time to bring her back in training and brush her up with customer service skills.

Purna his buddy for sharing some great stories with him, Cindy respiratory his angle as he wrote on his paper because he did not want to talk because his oxygen would decrease. Nursing, CNA, and Respiratory was very compassionate (he said everyone cared, loved their jobs and we had such a great team), everyone made him feel at home, he was so comfortable. Thank you, Dr. McCoskey, Dr. Kreiger, Alex the heart guy as John would say. John absolutely praised each and every one he encountered. He also said that Dr. in the white coat with short hair that held my hand during a very difficult time was so sweet (Susan). Thank you for making his time comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the laughter and joy you all shared with my brother. This place is amazing, and I knew my brother was in good hands and I trust them with my life. I would recommend Kindred to everyone I know or encounter it is an amazing specialty hospital. Thank you all for all you do each and every day. You all touch so many people's lives in so many ways you do not even know. You all touched my brother's life and my family's life in so many ways I cannot even express in all the words in the world; it is way beyond. Amazing staff and facility. I can only rate the ER because that's where we took my husband for a suspected broken rib. I was…read morealso there recently for an X-Ray on a hip. The staff is efficient and friendly! Of course, waiting times totally depend on the volume of patients in the ER and the need for the various diagnostic machines. But, both times we though the wait was relatively speedy for the doctor to come into the room. Before that happens, various staff attends to you, does tests, gets info. The hold-up may come when the results of the tests have to be read and then a report written for the ER doctor to convey to the patient. In our cases, my hip was okay but my husband did have a broken rib. But it's so much better to know what you're dealing with than be guessing. And, if the visit to the ER can be welcoming and efficient, so much the better. The only reason there are four stars instead of five is that the CT machine was not working and because of construction, one cannot park close to the ER. (It's not overly far but if you're hurting, the walk is not pleasant.)
