This time we had Jasmine as his assistant and it was amazing. The dentist was able to replace a crown in minimal time and with only two tears!!! Jazmine kept my son calm (her Disney voice was extremely soothing even for me) and when he would get scared she made sure to assure him everything will be ok. Thank you Jazmine you were great and we are very grateful for your dedication and commitment.

Then explains that she has 6 cavities... keep in mind he never showed me the X-rays. Just told me she needed work. (So I set up the appointments) Long story short I went to another dentist that I go to in LA for a second opinion. They also did her exam, teeth cleaning and X-rays and she had No cavities! Then she also got them checked at her schools mobile dentistry which also did X-rays, no cavities!!! Be very VERY CAUTIOUS About this dentistry's shady business practices. Never bringing my kids here ever again. Glad I never got the work done here for my daughter or else I would have gone to the state dental board. Go somewhere else!

As we checked in she even asked us if we would like her nick name put in their system so the doctor would know which was the best way to greet her. The waiting room was very kid friendly and color vibrant. My daughter loved watching her some Tom and Jerry. Her first cleaning and exam went great as well. Her dentist and hygienist were super nice. In the exam room they have a TV on the ceiling so when the kids are getting their teeth worked on they could watch Netflix in the mean time. The office itself was really clean and afterwards they have a giant gumball machine which is filled with toys. They put a coin in and let me daughter have a toy for being so great on her first visit. Mayra, Alina and the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure we are following instructions accordingly for her treatment, so much that Alina has FaceTimed me while traveling for work. There are murals on the walls. Hand painted and glorious depictions of various animals, wildlife and plants. It definitely lightens the atmosphere. Every where you turn there is careful thought and planning. (Screens on the ceiling, open environment, patient staff). They have individualized methods of relating with each child and making it easier for them. They thoroughly and carefully explained the issues and plan of treatment. I did not feel pressured to do anything. They did not try and scare us into unnecessary work. They offer sedation in the office. Once a month. The anesthesiologist was extraordinary and very thorough. Personally followed up to check up on him twice. Gave me her personal number in the event of anything or any questions. She said the only thing that my son would feel is the shot. He was all screaming and extra for less than minute. He was very nauseous and dizzy from the anesthesia (every kid is different) When he ate some scrambled eggs it subsided quickly. They gave him a gift certificate for Cane's and my son just thought it was the greatest. He wanted to stop by and thank them in person. When we were walking up to thank them Dakota said he loved the dentist and that his teeth weren't hurting anymore. I am a first time mom. This is the 2th dentist my child has been to. The last one said the work that was needed but did not offer sedation. They suggested restraining him and that it would only be 30 mins. I said absolutely not. Never mind that my son is on the spectrum. That would be traumatic to any child. I had a bad experience at a dentist as a child and it heightened my anxiety and distrust of dentists. When I told them absolutely not. They referred me to Loma Linda with an almost year long waiting list. Needless to say. We couldn't be more pleased. I was so inspired by my son's experience that I found a new dentist for myself. I'm grateful that we came here. Everything is conveniently offered in one place and my son is excited to take care of his teeth.

I did have a hard time getting my daughter to her appointments (due to going to school full time and working) but there was no need for her to call and be rude or nasty about it. She definitely had an attitude and I don't understand why when Her pay wage is nothing more than to book appointments and send out reminder cards, in an alley on sunnymead blvd lol.
